Fabulous tour. Ella informative and enthusiastic about all local food. Selection of tastings left me able to appreciate the difference aging makes on parmigiano reggiano and balsamic vinegar and how they are produced, enjoy a traditional cake, taste how a real bolognaise ragu should be, and other taste treats. Ella also pointed out city landmarks as we made our way through the streets. Recommend this tour highly.

Highly recommend this tour!

This tour was great, and our guide Leo was amazing! The wines we sampled were excellent, the moldy cellar was really fun to see, and of course so the food selections were delicious. I've been on several Eating Europe tours across multiple countries, and I think this might have been the best one yet!
