Wonderful Experience in Lisbon

Florence Sunset Walking Tour was fabulous!! So fun

Our guide Kiara (Chiara) made the food and wine tour! Kiara’s knowledge of the food/wine and her fun personality made the tour so fun. We also met others from Germany, Canada and US. Overall it was a fabulous experience. After the tour we went back to one of the wine shops, did another tasting and bought some wine 🍷

Fun tour - well worth it!!

Kiara did a great job leading the tour! The time went by so fast as we were having a blast. So much variety, accommodating to allergies, delicious food and drink and unique small local restaurants. We got to experience a wine window at one of the stops! Met some fun people and had a great evening

The Eating Prague Food and Beer tour was the highlight of our trip to Prague. Our tour guide Petra was fantastic and we highly recommend her as she was informative, knowledgeable, kind and funny. As a local, she was able to share her personal experiences and thoughts about Prague's history and current food and drink scene. We enjoyed every spot that she took us to on the tour and were happy to support the local businesses. We look forward to joining her for another tour when we return.

Disappointing!

We booked this wine tasting tour in Florence expecting a countryside experience — as most wine tours take you out of the city to vineyards and scenic areas. Unfortunately, we overlooked the detail that this particular tour was just a 10-minute walking tour within the city center, visiting a couple of local wine bars instead of actual wineries. To make matters worse, this city tour cost almost double the price of the countryside tours we had seen. Our daughter was especially excited about going to the countryside, so when we arrived at the meeting point and realized what the tour actually was, we politely requested a cancellation. Despite explaining our situation, we were repeatedly reminded about the 24-hour cancellation policy, and no effort was made to offer even a partial refund or any kind of understanding. For a tour that cost €129 per person, this was extremely disappointing. Overall, a terrible customer service experience and not at all what we expected. I would strongly recommend double-checking the tour details and choosing another company that’s more transparent and customer-friendly.

Fun and tasty tour!

We greatly enjoyed our tour with our knowledgeable and friendly guide, Rhys. The food selections were delicious, well-planned, and well-spaced. We particularly enjoyed experiencing some Scottish traditions (Cullen skink and haggis bon bons) for the first time!

Delicious food and wonderful guide!

Kriszti was a fabulous guide! She was happy, spoke clearly, gave us a good balance of information, and chose small, non-touristy restaurants with delicious food! She was sensitive to dietary restrictions and did not make anyone feel bad for abstaining from any food or drink. We were stuffed by the end!! Walking is mostly uphill, 5 flights of stairs, but many stops along the way. 100% recommend.

Wonderful tour with Aldo.
