We ate food and drank wine that was exceptional. Our guide, Carlos, was exceptional providing the backstory of the food and restaurants while weaving the history of Lisbon into the tale. The entire experience was exceptional! Would do it again without hesitation.

A Must While in Lisbon!
Amazing tour!!! Just the right pace and amount of time! It was so cool to see places that you otherwise wouldn’t have found. Our guide Carlos was phenomenal! He was extremely knowledgeable and kept everything organized while also being relaxed. Absolutely loved this and would highly recommend when visiting Lisbon!!!

Excellent food tour
Great food tour taking us through a couple of neighborhoods, and stopping by 5 places: trying the traditional bifana, chorizo, cod cake, pasties de nata, vinho verte. Excellent tour.

Just Awesome
Awesome tour! First, the tour was well organized - spending just the right amount of time at each place. Second, Gabi was an excellent guide - sharing great information about Portugal, the city of Lisbon, and the food we ate. Finally, there was a nice variety of food and wine. Highly recommend this tour!

Fantastic food tour
Great tour! Our tour guide Melissa was wonderful, the food and drinks were great and we loved getting information about Lisbon history and culture. They were also very accommodating of our vegetarian.

Wonderful foodie tour of Lisbon
Our guide Carlos provided us with an excellent food drawer of Lisbon. He took us to older neighborhoods that we never would have seen otherwise, and he made sure we had authentic foods.

Make this food tour the first thing you book!
Camilla was amazing!! Her energy and knowledge, both of the food and history of Portugal were such a nice addition to the authentic local restaurants and tastes that we shared. You learn about how to tell authentic from touristy and the cultural importance of the “favorites” here. Can’t recommend enough!!

Leo was amazing! What a delicious tour with such delicious food and so much rich history and fun information! I learned so much, laughed, saw the beautiful views of Lisbon, melted into the tasty food, place after place, and got lost in the stories and history of Lisbon!

Poor value for significant cost
In looking back this food tour did include the specific foods mentioned in the advertisement but the quantities were small and the value for the cost was very disappointing. Our guide was not Portugese and did not give us much more information than we knew from our guidebooks. Our dessert was one Pastais Nada while standing on the street outside the shop (value 1.69 E). I will never likely do a food tour by this company again. We found restaraunts that were fantastic on our own on the rest of the trip that cost significantly less for excellent food and service.

An absolute must!
Pedro our guide was amazing. So knowledgeable and he weaved it all together through the food, landmarks and history. I cannot thank him enough. The places we stopped at were run by locals , the food was beyond expectations and they also catered for food intolerances. Absolutely a must. Thank you Susan
