Excellent Food Tour; Friendly Guide
Upon meeting Christina I could tell that this tour was going to be time well spent. She was friendly, engaging, and genuinely concerned with each person in our small group. She called us by name, She took us to four different eating establishments, each of which served unique food common to Lisbon. She was acquainted with the owners of each place, and you could tell that there had been advanced planning: a separate table was waiting for us and the dishes she introduced us to appeared in short order. Christina expained each dish and the wine or beer which was typically drunk with each. My partner had religious dietary restrictions for which Christina carefully made adjustments. She is a very caring and simpatico person; I highly recommend this tour as a way of understanding the culture of Lisbon. An added bonus is that you will meet someone you like immediately.

Excellent tour with an excellent tour guide, Anastasia!
Anastasia was an excellent tour guide! She was knowledgeable not only about East Berlin, but the foods that we ate. Do not hesitate to take this tour. The food portions are large and you will certainly not go hungry. I highly recommend this tour and hopefully you will have Anastasia as your tour guide to make it even better!

An evening in Florence
This exceptional tour was made perfect by our guide Elisa. Her knowledge of and passion for fine food and wine and for Florence itself, kept us so engaged that we could hardly believe it when we found ourselves saying goodbye at our last stop. A truly authentic Florentine evening. Thank you Elisa.

More of a wine tour.
We were looking forward to this tour, having had an excellent experience in Verona. Sadly, the focus was clearly on wine and not food. The guide was very knowledgeable on wine but less so on food and the tour reflected this. The first stop was at an impressive wine cellar and we were told we could look around, but as soon as our wine sample was drunk we had to move on. The cheese shop was next and the owner was very entertaining and clearly wanted to sell his cheeses. Next was a wine window and bruschetta served to us in the street. Not the way I want to eat, standing in a crowded street. Why not in the restaurant? Next a wine bar for some pasta and then another wine bar for two courses of food - a soup and a main of wild boar. Why no restaurants on this tour? Yes, plenty of glasses of wine, cocktails and aperitif, but poor food. The final stop was for gelato and it says it all, when the tour guide asked the group of eight of us, which part of the tour we enjoyed most and the ice cream shop was the unnamous choice. The provider needs to rethink this tour or rename it 'Sunset Wine Tour'

Fantastic time with Izaac
We just finished our tour with Izaac. He was such a lovely fellow who mingled the food tour with some great historical information. The food itself was wonderful and gave us a good perspective on Borough Market. Highly recommended!

A Fantastic Tour
This was a fantastic tour! The tastings were wonderful and we appreciated the fact that we got a real feel for the cuisine of Portugal by visiting restaurants that cater to a local clientele rather than slick, touristy eateries. The tour was greatly enhanced by our amazing tour guide, Annette. Her enthusiasm was infectious and her extensive knowledge of the history, culture and economics of Portugal was not to be believed. This was so much more than a food tour. It was an experience we wil not soon forget. Thank you Annette!!

If you’re in Paris, you must do this tour! Cheese and chocolate lovers can’t miss. Nora was our tour guide and she was an absolute gem. We loved spending our morning with her and 10/10 recommend booking this!
