Florence Food and Wine Tour
Tour guide was excellent! Very knowledgeable of food, wine and history of the food and wine. The food was excellent! All local and each place we visited the proprietors were experts at their respective crafts. Be it wine, cheese, meats or gelato. We experienced the wine door and the history behind it. Highly recommend this tour!

Fun Food Tour
This was a wonderful outing. We had foods, drinks, and desserts in several locations. Our guide told us the history of the area and about the local customs and foods. It was very educational and fun!

Highly recommend food tour with Fred!
Fred has been an amazing tour guide. I would have never had an experience like this without him. He was very welcoming, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know the group, and he was very happy to answer any question. I am extremely grateful to have gone on this tour with him. The food was also spectacular!

Atmosphere, food, authentic Lisbon, and a terrific host!
Fred not only brought us to amazing places for delicious food we would have never known about or tried, he created a great atmosphere, with lots of conversation, history, and jokes! This was a very memorable evening in all of our travels!

Wonderful food tour with a great guide!
Amanda was an incredible guide! I had a wonderful time touring Lisbon and learning about some of its most iconic cuisine. All of the food was excellent and all of the cafes/restaurants were lovely. Such a fun afternoon!

Fabulous, Fantastic and YUM!
Fabulous, fantastic and may I say WOW! Although the food, tour of the city and beautiful people of this country itself amazing, our guide Carlos made this specific tour a true Michelin star rated experience! Carlos brought an extra spark of light to an absolutely brilliant food and sights tour! This is an absolute MUST, more than worth the small investment for the incredible payoffs! Thank you Carlos and thank you people of beautiful Lisbon!

Fun, tasty experience
My husband and I really enjoyed this tour on our last night in Lisbon. Unfortunately we couldn't do it sooner and would have preferred it if we had based on the amazing local knowledge Amanda freely shared. Amanda was a fantastic tour guide, making sure everything was timed perfectly, but not rushed. Each establishment was extremely friendly as well. Thoroughly enjoyed every tasting along the way, the Samoosas clearly a firm favourite among the group. The wine pairings were very good as well, with lots of info on Portuguese wine. I think some of the beer drinkers in the group would have preferred a little more beer variety. We were also with a friendly group and comfortably enjoyed the company of the group. Thank you to Amanda and every establishment we stopped at for an awesome experience

Amazing tour with great people and helpful guide
We had an amazing time with Carlos of Eating Europe. He was punctual and animated, and obviously very passionate about his craft. The group size was perfect, making it easy to connect with everyone and make for an exciting experience. The restaurants chosen were all delicious and obviously deeply connected to Portuguese culture. My favorite was the octopus at one of our stops but all the food was great. I was absolutely stuffed by the end. Would 100/10 recommend again and am already thinking of bringing more friends to enjoy the experience.

Joanna was great! The food stops were all really good and we tasted wonderful food. Would never had found the places we visited without her as a guide. Highly recommend the tour and Joanna as a guide!

Fred was an excellent guide on a fantastic tour. Food was excellent. Fred included a historical overview that was very interesting. We visited food establishments that we never would’ve known about. Our entire family loved it.

This food tour had 4 stops where we enjoyed: 1. Chorizo, a pork sandwich and a beer 2. 2 samosas and a glass of wine 3. Octopus salad, a fish & potato dish and lots of house wine 4. Spinach soup, 3 types of cheese, mini dessert and a glass of sparkling wine 5. Classic custard tarts It was the most fun food tour I've been on (part combo of people, part alcohol, part host) and was full of great food. The chicken samosa was a particular favorite. David was a great guide. Be sure to alert in advance if you have a food allergy!

This was one of the highlights of our 10 days in Portugal. Our tour guide, Leonor, was wonderful. We visited 5 stops, had 10 different dishes, and 4 types of drinks (beers/wines). There was only 1 dish I wasn't crazy about, but that was entirely personal preference. Leo was so friendly and fun and knowledgeable. She shared recommendations for other bars/stores/restaurants/etc at the end of the tour. We did visit a few of her recs and they were all fantastic. HIGHLY recommend this tour (as long as you're a relatively adventurous eater).
