A great introduction to Portuguese food and drink and authentic places to eat.
Leonora, introduced us to special Portuguese dishes, wine and beer, explaining ingredients, cooking influences, grape types etc. Also we talked history and geography of Lisbon/Portugal. We walked to four different places to eat, each preparing a Portuguese speciality. The walking was not extensive. Leonora was a friendly, fun, informative and attentive guide.

Thank you for making Lisbon un-enjoyable and the customer service. Feel like I just threw $500 in the harbor.
We arrived at the statue at the time it was scheduled to start, could not find them, looked and asked all over, someone said they start at the Hard Rock Cafe so headed there, nothing tried to call the numbers listed, one was in New york 4 hours away which didn’t answer probably because it would have been 7:30am there, kept trying to contact someone, finally got someone around a half hour after the start time, they put me on hold to contact the tour company, they said to join the tour at the first stop. We were on foot not knowing anything about the city. I asked for my money back of course they denied me. I will never use Viator and certainly that particular tour company ever. I am out of $489. And that was how you will be treated! Beware! My rating would have been zero but that score wasn’t offered.

Fred is awesome!
Fred was our tour guide for the 3-hour food and wine tour. He was lovely, knowledgeable, and has a lovely sense of humor. It was a delicious tour and we had lovely conversations with a local like Fred and learned about Portuguese culture. Cod was my favorite.

Great food, great guide, great experience
We had such a great experience on this Lisbon food tour. The food was delicious and plentiful, not just small tastings but enough to really feel like you got a proper introduction to some local favorites. Fred, our guide, made it stand out. Super knowledgeable, easygoing, and clearly passionate about both the food and the city. He struck that balance between informative and relaxed, which made the whole experience feel natural rather than scripted. If you’re in Lisbon and want a mix of good food, local context, and a well-paced walk through the city, this is very much worth it.

Fantastic Food and Friendly Guide
Our tour with Frederico (aka Jersey Fred) was phenomenal! Fred was extremely knowledgeable, funny and made the experience even more memorable. The food and drinks were all delicious (my personal favorite was the pork sandwich and green wine) and Fred also provided recommendations for additional places to eat, which we tried the next day! I would definitely recommend this tour and Fred if you’re a foodie and visiting Lisbon.

Great food, drinks, vibes and tour guide!
Leo was a joy to have as a tour guide. She was warm, welcoming and easy going. Her tips and tidbits of history along the tour made for an immersive experience. Loved the food and drinks and company. A great way to spend an extended lunch over and afternoon exploring, eating and drinking around Lisboa.
