Okay so I don’t know what the hell was going on on the Jan 14th but lines were NOT moving at all. There must have been some sort of safety protocol at play day, maybe an inspector or something but the rates in which guests were able to ride was very very slow. Several minutes beyond clearing and emptying the ride of anyone. It takes approximately 60secs to clear a slide at Fully 6 yet the cycle for next ride was 3-4 min and sometimes longer. Operators didn’t care. Hydrocoster up until 3pm was running also 5min between tubes. You can time it, towards the end of the day they 1000% sped it back up to only a couple of min between tubes (clearing the ride and next straight away) I need to understand why for the majority of day you made guests wait. The queues were so horribly bad and waiting over an hour to watch the speed pass guests walking by is infuriating. For $400 for my family we got 2 rides and one of the most annoying days of my life. Is there something lower than a 1 star

This place was so good except for the food, it was so bad the hot dogs were so hard and there not hot dogs i dont care what anyone says. They were disgusting. The chips were dryer than a nuns hoohar. Bring your own food if enough people did that they might improve it. The water park but it was good, yes it was school holidays and yes there were lineups for the bigger rides. But for little ones it was good. We enjoyed it .. need more seating though. But over all an 8 out of 10 ...

The rides are good and staff all friendly. Just the wait was a bit too long for my liking. The entrance to rides were not always well sign posted.

Absolutely recommend. The staff were absolutely lovely. Loved the cave of waves though it did sadly had to close later which is a completely normal thing to do, all things need their maintenance. Lines were a little bit long but hey, that’s theme parks for you. Bought the photo pass and is grea. For people reading this, GET A RED WRISTBAND FROM THE PHOTOS OUTLET! Don’t carry your phone! Don’t take pictures of the screens, there’s a watermark for a reason! The red wristband gives you a barcode to collect the photos, or just use any barcode you have like a water bottle or shop tag. Make it easier finding photos. Anyway like I said, staff were absolutely lovely. As a staff member of a Sydney theme park, it’s nice to see amazing and friendly staff at other theme parks! -From probably the only person who asked for a wristband for photos and today
