Girls Trip
The 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our brunch & dinner experiences with Chef Sue! She arrived on time, prepared & beautifully served our meals. Everything was delicious. Chef Sue is kind, personable, talented and has a great sense of humor.

don’t recommend
driver was awesome. experience with the local company sucked. got the worst chairs at the kimpton three hundred yards from the beach with nowhere to store valuables. the local company blew us off even though lockers were promised.

Easy peasy ride
Great ride - more affordable than the hotel shuttle and didn’t have to share. Driver was on time, actually early and got us saftey back to the airport. Knowledgeable and friendly. Will use again.

Super bad organized. Zero commjnication. Lost 1 hour just to find an improvised driver. Waited 1 more hour for the rest of the divers since they were also left stranded.

Nice ride and easy pick up
This was a very easy and smooth pickup. I didn’t catch the drivers name but he was very friendly and fun to talk with. Had a nice ride over to our hotel. We were so pleased we booked this for our return to the airport.

Fun place to hang out
We wish we had more to time hang out and enjoy all that LFK had to offer on our day at Roatan. The staff was all very friendly, there was plenty of activities and things to do while there. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful Day and Course
This Golf Course is an awesome track. The day we were there the course was extremely wet but that did not distract from the beauty and enjoyment of the course. It was cart path only and if you are not near the cart path you can plan to walk a lot!! Our tour guide, Jerry was awesome and gave us a brief tour from the ship to the course and even stopped on the way back to allow us to buy some local Honduran cigars and we had lunch with him at a very local small restaurant. He was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely do this again when in Roatan.

Super fabulous day!
I booked the VIP Package so I could do everything(snorkeling off a boat, play with pigs in water, ride horse, have massage, and lunch and drinks). I was treated very special from the moment I arrived! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this excursion!!

A dangerous boat ride without any fishing
The trip should have been canceled! We hid in the mangrove trees from the lightning at the first stop and the next two stops were unfishable. The storm was dangerous and we never should have been out there. I was literally gripping the seat and saying prayers that we would make it back alive. No life jacket either. I maybe had 8 casts at the first stop, with seemingly never any hope of actually catching anything. The other stops were too rough and too muddy. The guide was nice, but it was a token trip to get his money. I asked for a refund but never heard back…

Family Day on Roatan
The Infinity Bay Resort was a great place for our family to spend the day in Roatan. It's location at the end of West Bay allowed us to swim out to the reefs from the beach for snorkeling. The resort itself provided great service, good food and drinks for our 3 generations of family. The resort was very clean and pleasant. Should we return to this part of the world we will book this excursion again or possibly even stay at the Resort instead of cruising down. Our driver, Jerry, was prompt, polite and very helpful with our 82 YO mother.

Quality service and authentic experiences
We had Detour take care of our ground transport for a few excursions during our week long stay. Jason, in the office set us up with great experiences and was prompt to respond to additional questions and requests. Jerry, our driver was THE BEST. He drove us all over, and shared his love for this place he's called home his whole life. Our experience of Roatan was so much richer because of our time with him. We will definitely call on Detour Roatan the next time we visit.

Private catamaran tour is the way to go.
This is a fantastic option for your group. Having the entire boat to ourselves was great. The weather was perfect, seas calm and the two snorkeling spots were beautiful. The crew were friendly and provided everything we needed. Snacks and drinks were better than expected. I would do this tour again and again when in roatan.

Fantasy turned into a nightmare
Arrived in Roatan via cruise ship. We received standard instructions online from tour company to meet driver outside of port gate. Went to meetup location outside of port gate and driver was not there. Nobody outside of the gate has even heard of the toe company Detour Roatan. Big red flag. We paid for cab to resort (trip included transportation) where we were told by the reception desk that they had never heard of the tour company and had not received payment. Resorts made many calls trying to figure out who we paid. We thought we were scammed online. Finally found info for local tour guide after clicking around on the Viator info on my phone. The locate detour company messaged me and told me I didn’t arrive with the driver and should have found driver. Um driver was not there. An hour later we finally get our day passes we had paid for online. When it was time to leave our driver was late picking us up. We got back on the ship with 3 minutes to spare. It was a VERY stressful experience full of anxiety.

Due to the rain in the...
Due to the rain in the area we could not play the Black Iguana course as scheduled but Viator move my group to Black Pearl golf Course. It was easy to meet the taxi driver that drop us off. We enjoy the course but it was extremely wet.
