The Studio Tour is worth it!

Finding the coordinator was easy. The tour is much longer than you think. It can be overwhelming with everything there is to see; but still worth the experience. There are several opportunities for green screen photos. You cannot combine all green screen experiences into one card. So be prepared to pay. There is a wanted poster, flying a broom, riding the train, riding a wizard chess piece. If you want a slower paced tour there is one with guides, but, we prefer to move more quickly.

Tour Company Needs to do Their Homework- Tour or no tour that is the question

Very disappointed with the experience. We did not see the changing of the guard. We paid to have an experience that we did not get. The whole reason of the tour was to see the changing of the guards. That is the company’s responsibility to ensure that they can deliver what they advertised. We went on a different tour the day after and we were told by that guide that the changing of the guards would not be taking place this week due to the practicing for a ceremony that is to take place the second Saturday in June. If she knew this information you must have known as well. The company took the money and walked us around with no real agenda. Waste of time and money. Shame on the company for not doing their homework ahead of time. Oh well, Right! We are still determined to have the best time ever!!

This Tour director sucks

I am disgusted by the tour operator. First off they kept trying to get me off the VIATOR app and use their direct app and that doesn’t work for me as I’ve been burned in the past. Next every time I tried to communicate in text I would get a catch all auto response and no real answers or communication. Then I was running 5 minutes behind and they called me and told me I was to be there at 11:50 not 12:05 and they were leaving and too bad I was responsible for being there. I understand yes but things happen and I very much kept trying to communicate but no response. Lastly I called them back and the guy told me that I was talking to loud and and he would just hang up how would I like that. Look at my bookings. I’ve never given a negative review. This needs your attention! In the end I paid an extra 300 dollars to get to the tour and back. Unacceptable and I want something done about this. Thank you

Great tour, saw troops practicing for Trooping the Colors. Joseph, our guide, did a great job explaining things and keeping us entertained.

Nirvana for Potter fans. I took my son and his family after visiting twice before. Seeing the excitement in my grandchilden's faces was priceless.

Claudia, Fabrizio and Antonino were all great! Professional, competent and very knowledgeable! They made the tour fun and educational. Very helpful and quick to resolve a problem when it arose.they all kept us safe and on schedule I would take a tour with this team again anytime.

Great atmosphere with balance of history and mystery. Alithia was very informative and answered any questions we had with passion and enthusiasm. Our only regret was we didn’t have any cash on hand to tip her for an amazing tour. We were too busy enjoying the experience to think and stop at the atm. Would recommend

Lovely interactive guide, Natasha, really made us feel comfortable, was funny and got us through all the interesting bits we saw on our journey. The driver Janny was spotless on those crazy Amalfi Coast roads. Didn't feel unsafe for one moment. Lovely crew and a great experience that's definetly worth the money.
