Great Tour!
Meet up point was very easy and coordination throughout was seamless. Ambra was a very knowledgeable tour guide and had so much information to share! The experience was fantastic and our family definitely learned a lot during our time.

Excellent guide, Carolina's knowledge is phenomenal and friendly disposition worked together to provide us with such an awesome experience. We saw all the well known and important pieces throughout the museum. The skip the line ticket was invaluable and if my husband and I had gone on our own, we would probably still be there walking in circles not knowing where to look. The guide was so worth it!!!

Seleccionamos excursión en español en el proceso se cambio a inglés, cuidado con eso porque no advierten que no hay del idioma que has elegido, directamente te asignan otro idioma, nos dimos cuenta al momento cuando recibimos los bonos, no quisieron cambiar ni reembolsar la excursión. No nos atendieron y el tour operador fue muy grosero con nosotros. Poca sensibilidad en la atención. La excursión nos la podíamos haber ahorrado, no nos enteramos de nada.

Outstanding D Day tour
Outstanding tour with Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and humorous, thoroughly enjoyable day. I learnt so much from Daniel and the places we visited. Everything was well timed with regards to rest stops on the bus. Very appreciative

Better than viewing “Gladiator”!!
Absolutely amazing. Strongly recommend paying extra to avoid the queues and carry bottled water - you will definitely need it!

Excellent Tour
Excellent tour with Maria. It is a must to see in Roma. We saw the detail of Dome. Pope’s grotto, and several details of St Peter.

Great trip except for lunch
Montepulciano is a hilly village - be prepared by wearing comfortable walking (flat) shoes and ensuring adequate fitness level. Pienza was a great stop - loved the Renaissance beauty, architecture, and history of both towns! Lunch was meh … overrated. I didn’t enjoy any of the wines and the handmade pasta “spaghetti” was very bland with a mushy texture. Time for power shopping is available in both towns, but all pre-designated stops with shopping options along the route - low pressure but can be tempting to overspend so either plan for it or exert financial willpower!

I really hate to do this, but this tour was honestly not great. There were a few factors that lead me to my 3 star rating. We booked the 3 hour tour with City Wonders. It was a busy time of year since we went after Christmas. There tour guides of course have zero control over how packed the museum is going to be. However, it was extremely hard to hear the tour guide. Even with the volume turned all the way in the earpiece. A second thing that made the tour challenging was the tour guide’s clarity in speaking. She was super knowledgeable but her accent paired with the busy crowds made it hard to clearly hear what she was saying. She also mentioned that it was her third tour of the day. I’m not sure if she was tired, but the information she delivered was exceptionally dry. I walked past another tour guide from a different company who was super engaging and dynamic. This tour guide also had an accent but it wasn’t difficult to understand her at all. We also felt the time she spent solely on paintings was long. We ended up leaving an hour early because we were so displeased. Definitely not worth $90 per person.

Caroline is a master curator of Louvre history 😍
Caroline was a wonderful and informative tour guide that carefully yet masterfully guided a group of over 12 people through a very crowded Louvre museum. Her lovely approach to managing the crowds while at the same time answering all my questions was amazing. Would recommend Caroline 10/10 to anyone. Not having to wait in line was a huge plus. Caroline’s warm smile made it easy to listen to her and even though the museum was maximally crowded, her beautiful lectures on each major piece of art made it seem like our group was the only one there.

Doing a small tour is...
Doing a small tour is essential. I can’t imagine we would have enjoyed the Louvre as much without one. It would have been so crowded and overwhelming otherwise. Addie was excellent, she got us right to the essential pieces, gave us interesting info about each, answered questions, and made sure everyone was happy with the tour, always checking on everyones’ comfort and experience. Although we were exhausted from flying in that morning, she kept our attention and we all (my self and three teenage sons) thoroughly enjoyed our time.
