The guide was wonderful, it felt that she knows a lot. However the tour is missing structure. There was no introduction about WW2. You go straight ahead to the monument of Battle of Britain. In general there were just obvious facts about monuments. The best part of the tour is Imperial War museum, Churchill room. So far you can get ticket straight to this museum without guide and you will know more.

Wir hatten vor dem Treppensteigen eine Wartezeit von 90 Minuten. Der Guide Herr Prabhav (City Wonders) stand mit uns an der Kasse an. Nebenan gab es beim Eingang für E-Tickets keine Warteschlange. Unsee Guide war nett und hat viel erzählt, das verkürzte die Wartezeit. Auch oben auf dem Turm (1.Stock) gab es noch Infos. Dauer der Tour war insgesamt 2 Stunden. Man konnte dann noch ohne Guide zur 2. Ebene gehen. Etwa 30 Minuten sollte man dafür einplanen. Die Aussicht ist gigantisch. Runter durfte man den Aufzug nehmen.

I would like to say this bday trip was getting to a wonderful start until we were left in Pieze, Italy and that was no one’s fault, but ours. Anything can happen to an individual during a tour to where it can be health related etc… and you have no way to get in contact with the tour guide City Wonders (Natasha) it should have been to where you can get a text or a call informing you that the bus is leaving ( Keep in mind a TIME was never told to us ONLY “ten minutes till or 50 minutes” we have no idea what that means, a MORE precise time would have made a big difference example; be back to the bus at 4:35 PM. It’s in your best interest to get acquainted with a few on the tour just in case something like this transpires and you were too get left behind or get back to the bus late. What REALLY upsets me is that my bags were STOLEN off the bus (The things I purchased along from the stops on this tour) for the thief/thieves “dismantled fingers etc…”

Potter Fans will be amazed.

Simple Amazing Tour. Loved seeing the actual items used for the Harry Potter Series Movies. Minimum 4-5 hours. If you are a HP fan make it a full day.

Easily in the top 10 days of my life!!

The support getting on the train and to the tram to the studio was appreciated. The tour when we were at HP was phenomenal! It was easily the best day of our entire trip. Josh was super knowledgable and shared a ton of "behind the scenes" information. He also pulled various props and showed them to us while explaining their significance in the movies. If you're questioning if the money is worth the tour, it is 100%!!!

It was a hreat trip,...

It was a hreat trip, except to the fact that our guide and her friend didn't stop talking loud during the entire road trip. It was really annoying because they tapked very loudly in italian, and careleslly about everyone else.

A experiência não foi satisfatória. As informações enviadas por e-mail indicavam que deveríamos estar no ponto de encontro às 6h50, porém, ao chegarmos e entrarmos em contato com a empresa, fomos informados de que o horário correto era 8h20. Além disso, o café da manhã deixou a desejar e não passamos por três espaços importantes que faziam parte do roteiro.

Great Tour!

We did the Midtown Manhattan Guided Tour with Leo yesterday and had a great time! It was a great way to see some of the famous NYC sites and get your barings of the city. Leo did a great job of educating us and we learned a lot. We would definitely recommend this tour.
