Our tour didn't check on who was on thr bus and left us stranded at Utah Beach. The guides should have been better time keepers. Not cool we had to spend another 100 Euros to catch up with the group!

We liked the activities for the day. the winery and the hosts (sisters) at the winery were lovely. they could have explained the wines with the meal slightly better. guide Natasha was excellent, clear communication. only downside was the bus isn't that comfortable for such a large group. the seats are getting old.

We visited only 2 out of 5 cinque terra villages. The tour could skip Pisa and add at least one more village. We were moving always in a rush and had not even a bit of time to get a feeling of La Spezia since we ran through to get the bus. Not much info from guide throughout the tour.

The itinerary is nice, but make sure you double check it with the local agent and the guide when you arrive at the meeting point because we were supposed to have 2h free time in St Moritz and the guide rushed us so bad that we had roughly 40min. there, no time to eat or do anything.
