The tour guide named Anteneno and the driver both were fantastic. Anteneno was very humble, knowledgeable, experienced and explained everything in detail about the sites. He also gave us ample time to explore the areas and also I enjoyed the free lunch offered by the company. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from my end to Anteneno.

Superb experience! The catacombs felt eerie and left an impression on all of us. Emiliano was an excellent guide with a great sense of humour. He was also really attentive and informative. Incredible tour! Don’t miss it!

The trip had its ups and downs. While I enjoyed some incredible sights and made a few good friends along the way, the experience was marred by poor interactions with our guide, Henrietta (or Henriqa—her exact name escapes me). Her demeanor was often unpleasant, as she frequently spoke down to the guests, who were all adults. At times, she came across as rude, condescending, and sarcastic, blurring the line between being “frank,” as she described it, and simply being impolite. Additionally, there was an incident involving a combative guest over a misunderstanding about seating, which added to the tension. That said, there were still enjoyable moments that made the trip worthwhile. However, overall, the experience was a 3/5. Would I take this trip again? Probably not. Did I have some fun? Yes. Could the treatment of guests have been better? Without a doubt.

Gar nicht gefallen, auf uns wurde nicht gewartet, obwohl wir waren nur 5 Minuten zu spät gekommen. ich mein Mann und Kind wir waren sehr enttäuscht keiner hatte unsere Telefonate beantwortet und dann wurde uns gesagt tut uns sehr leid, aber sie können nicht mehr teilnehmen und wir wurden sogar nicht reingelassen, damit sie Bescheid wissen, wenn sie Tour buchen in einer Gruppe Sie bekommen kein Ticket, ticket ist dann bei dem Guide)), .

The tour was disappointing; at first they offered 4 activities, the visit to Pompei, the limoncello tasting, free time at Sorrento and the sightseeing of the Amalfi cost. The last one never happened at all, because we departed from Sorrento at 17:30 p.m., which is night already. The free time at Sorrento was the only activity that was fully covered. The limoncello tasting was supposed to take place at a factory, but it didn't work because, according to our guide it was Saturday. So if the factory doesn't work on Saturdays, why did they offer that for this date in the first place? The tasting was nicer in a shop at Sorrento where the products were half the price. Finally, the worst of everything was the time in Pompei: there was not enough time to see the site and at the beginning we had to wait for 20 mnts, so when we started it seemed as if we were in a hurry, and as a consequence we could not observe the things that we have been waiting for, like the amphitheater or the frescos.
