A terrific impression of the landings & Normandie.
Great day with very knowledgeable guides. Everything ran on time and smoothly. The cider tasting was fantastic. Lunch was good, but I did not have the brains to order the fish, the restaurant is on a fishing harbour!

War rooms are interesting but make sure your guide speaks the same language!
Our guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly but difficult to understand. She had a thick accent (perhaps Chinese?) We requested an English speaking guide and while she did know English but it was broken and hard to comprehend what she was saying.

One to remember
Had a lovely trip, Raymond was 10/10. A lot of information and was a great talker, made every fact joyful, and you could tell he enjoyed his job.. Ale, we aren’t sure if it was the “language barrier” or just not confident what she was talking about, but she was hard to listen to, and pay attention after more then 10 min Food, was a burnt pizza.. but loved the places we visited, and can understand why we are on a tight schedule, as it’s a 7am start until 8pm back in Paris Thanks again for the memories

Our guide, Florence, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job making sure the whole group had an an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend her!

Our guide Tinu was...
Our guide Tinu was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and excellent at telling the story of the louvre. We had a great time on our tour and felt that we were able to see the main highlights from the museum. The regular queues for the louvre were over 5 hrs long on the day we went and so this tour helped get us through without waiting in that awful line. Highly recommend it!!

Normandy tour
Raymond was very knowledgeable and helpful during the tour. Enjoyed ourselves. He kept us punctual and therefore was able to drive by another point of interest. Saw what we wanted to see. Bus was very comfortable and not to squashy. Downside was the lunch break- pizza was like cardboard. Felt we needed maybe 10mins longer at stops due to time getting served and restroom availability was minimal for the large bus load. Was lucky there wasn’t several busses stopped at once. Was disappointed walking to end bunker to find it was closed.

☠️ Another side to Rome
Good way to see the catacombs and crypt. The stops were amazing !! Some negatives: The tour provider kept sending messages to be at the meetup location fifteen minutes prior the appointed time of meeting; I have no issue with this as it’s essential to be on time. The issue was we ended up waiting around for quite some time at the appointed start time. Additionally we were delayed about 15 minutes at the first stop due to tour participants being late or on the wrong tour. The meetup instructions and time were clearly communicated. I’m sorry but if you are not on time (five minute window ) you are holding back the whole tour. The tour guide should have made the command decision to move on. I believe the tour guide is learning and in time with experience grow.
