集合場所が宿泊ホテルから徒歩で行けるところだったので、朝早い集合時間でも助かりました。大型バスは快適で、振動や音もほとんど感じることなく、片道4時間の快適なクルージングでした。途中トイレ休憩があったのもよかったですね。車内でWi-Fiが使えたのもプラス。英語オンリーのガイドさんの解説でしたが、日本人女性の参加者が多いのにはびっくりしました。さすが、モンサンミッシェルですね。現地到着後にゆっくり回って食事する時間も充分あったので、よかったです。

A must-see!!

We had some trouble finding the meeting point but once we met our guide and got settled into our group it was great. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, spoke at just the right pace, was entertaining, overall, excellent! I don't know how you could make this trip without a guide. Would highly recommend this trip, worth every penny!

Day trip from Rome

Perfect day with the best tour guide Antonino. Antonino was very informative and helpful. Orvieto was beautiful. Lunch was amazing and delicious. Beautiful farm in Tuscany with a view of Montepulciano.

Efficient ticket purchase but awful audio guide

The ticket booking and collection was efficient, and there were plenty of reps around to give instructions after collecting tickets. However the downloaded audio by POP GUIDE was a waste of time and I wouldn’t bother with. The sound quality was poor and information useless. You would be best renting a proper audio guide from the reception of the Vatican Museum.

Wonderful tour - worth it!

Such a great trip, well organised & fantastic staff. Enrico was our tour guide and was not only friendly but very knowledgable. He gave a great mix of facts and fun and also gave us some downtime on the bus. Enrico was also great offering tips on how to spend our downtime, restaurants to visit and what to avoid. Positano is absolutely stunning, if you get the chance, sit on the right side of the bus and enjoy all the views down the Amalfi Coast. Pompeii is also an incredible site to behold. Such wonderful history & excellent guided tour. Overall a fantastic trip & highly recommended!

Great tour, easy laid back and informative!

David was a fantastic tour guide. It was really smart that they provide you with a headphone to hear the tour to hear everything. I felt I had a pretty decent knowledge on the history of Milan but I came away feeling educated and informed on everything we looked at from when we first left to when we finished! My wife and I booked last minute because our previous tour had suddenly cancelled on us and we are so glad they did! It took about 3 hours from start to finish

Excellent information and context for seeing the city of Florence

Stefano was an excellent tour guide, so knowledgeable and passionate that it was easy to digest his the information about Florence, the art and history. We did this the first morning of our 5 day stay in Florence and helped set the context for our whole visit. Highly recommend!

Very nice (and active) day out!

Fabricio, our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable- unfortunately same couldn’t be said about our Pompeii guide who was very immature and sexist while walking us around certain parts of the museum. The trip involves a lot of driving, takes up most of the time and Positiano feels rushed - I think the stop at the Liomoncelli place was completely unnecessary, Positiano could be extended instead as there was barely time to explore. All in all a great tour, not perfect but I still recommend. Memories were made that will last a lifetime!

…. cattura la nostra attenzione 👀 allorquando entriamo 👣 nel piccolo slargo prospiciente il Manufatto ! Imponente , sovrastante , poderosa e …. snella allo stesso tempo sono le sensazioni che essa suscita in Noi mentre la osserviamo 👁️ dall’esterno ( e poi dall’interno ) e direi che non è poco ! Per il resto che dire : solita cornice di Visitatori 👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 👩‍👩‍👧‍👧 che si assiepano all’ingresso e che dilungano non poco i tempi ⏱️ della visita al suo interno …. Comunque sia ….. , questa tappa andava fatta !!!

This was absolutely amazing; stunning, and well worth the money. Honestly for a tour this nice I would’ve paid even more. Our tour guide (marta(I think was her name)) did a phenomenal job. I loved it don’t skip it.

Trip was good but unprofessional tour guides

The trip was indeed well-planned, with a thoughtful itinerary that made the most of our time. The cost of the trip was almost worth the money, considering the experiences and services provided. We had two trip guides, Sid and Asma, who accompanied us throughout the journey. Asma was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful, making a positive impact on our trip. However, I had a different experience with Sid, the other guide. While he did provide some useful information and recommendations about the best places to visit and Parisian culture, I was taken aback by his unprofessional comments and open hatred towards India and a passing comments about Indians which he think is a joke that people would laugh. Unfortunately, he repeatedly dragged his personal views into his explanations, which I found to be unacceptable. As a guide, it's essential to maintain a professional demeanor and refrain from sharing personal opinions, especially those that may be perceived as derogatory or biased towards a particular country or religion. I believe that guides should focus on providing factual information and insights, rather than imposing their personal views on tourists which implies a negative perception about a particular country or countrymen to those from other country My only suggestion to the trip organizer is to remind guides to keep their personal views and not to hire someone who makes derogatory remarks.

Amazing experience

It was a very comprehensive tour, and our amazing guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I really appreciated that the guide did not rush us - on the contrary, she gave us a lot of interesting and detailed informations and answered all out questions. It was an outstanding experience and we highly reccomend it.
