Our general experience was good, but we didn’t get exactly what was written. Sonia, our guide, gave us the option of buying pizza in Pompei or buying something ourselves in Sorrento. We chose the latter after being reassured that plenty places would be open. We only found one place open and the food there was bad. She also started the tour by saying that though it was supposed to be a 12 hour trip, it was actually 13. That’s fine, but it would have been good to be notified of it beforehand. It also said that we’d get 30 min freetime in Pompei, but the freetime was only after we’d exited the site... It would also have been nice to know that the guide in Pompei required earphones. One of us couldn’t use them because of hearing aids. Also, Bernie, our guide in Pompei, left people in the bathroom in the beginning even though Sonia had just told us there’d be bathrooms just inside. It turned out there were bathrooms further inside where we waited. More information would have been nice!

The tour never happened as we were instructed to get onto the wrong bus by a person who identified themselves as a tour employee. We checked with them 3 times and showed our paperwork. There was no one on site that had any sign or anything that identified themselves as leading the tours. We ended up in a complete other location that was no where near Versailles We had to take the train 1 1/2 hours to Versailles. When we got there we looked for the tour, and ok course could not find it. After looking at our paperwork the staff at Versailles told us that we were scammed!!! This company is a scam!!!! Don't use them. I have been trying to get my money back and no response!

Sehr pünktlich sein bei der Ticketübergabe, bei 1 Minute Verspätung verfällt das Ticket und man kommt nicht mehr rein.

We had the same guide for both tours and Jose was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about both the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. He also provided a great recommendation for lunch following the tour. Sagrada Familia was amazing and Jose's knowledge of the Basilica, its architect and history was top shelf.

It was a great day! The frost stop a lot of things were closed when we first arrived but it didn’t take long to open up. The winery was amazing. I wish we would have had more wine tastings. The last stop was our favorite! Over all an amazing adventure!
