Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, & St. Peter’s Basilica Fully Guided Tour

Elena was a passionate, knowledgeable guide. She answered all the group questions thoroughly and brought the tour alive. We would recommend this tour as we learnt so much, but you do need to be able to be on your feet for most of the three hours.

Guide war super. Hat uns gut die Menschenmenge geführt, hat uns viele Informationen mitgegeben und hat klar, deutlich und laut gesprochen. Für den Preis hat man viel gesehen.

Patrizia was an awesome guide, she and Fabio had us in laughs the whole day. Unfortunately, I feel like some parts of the trip felt like after thoughts. Pienza, during off season, felt dead and had very few shops open. I wish they would change the location to a larger city nearby in Umbria or somewhere else where we could’ve maximized our time. Additionally, there wasn’t enough information about the history of these places given during the tours, I would’ve loved to have known more about Montepulciano’s role during World War II and about the families who have lived there for centuries. Not sure… it felt lacking compared to other City Wonder tours. That being said, the winery and the lunch were a highlight. I wish they had introduced a better speaker system to tell us about the wine we were being served, but it was delicious nonetheless. Thank you to the kind sisters for having us.

It was great, very well organised. Our bus tour guide Natascia was very knowledgeable sharing a lot of interesting information, entertaining and was on top of everything so it was well organised. Our driver Daniele was very helpful and patient helping elderly passengers getting off and on the bus. Our tour guide in Pompeii, Lilla was great, very knowledgeable about the history of Pompeii. She also served as our photographer at one point. The trip to Positano was breathtaking with all the stunning views of the Bay of Naples. Not to be missed when in Italy. I think February and early March is the perfect time to do this trip as it is not too busy and the temperature is just fine. I can't imagine doing this during the summer months.

Tabata is an excellent guide. Bus journey was smooth and comfortable. We had a fantastic experience at Cingui and Pisa.

Excellent trip, I wish we had spent the majority of the day in Pompeii but beautiful scenery in Sorrento. Definitely a long day, but they prepare you well and there are stops along the way.

Well organised day trip to pompeii and positano by City Wonders. It was a long day trip around 13hours but luckily it was a beautiful clear sunny day with ideal temperature, so enjoyed the trip and the views on the way. Our Tour guide Enrica was amazing, lively and kept us well entertained throughout the trip. She was so full of energy, enthusiasm and always welcoming queries. Our bus driver Enrico was a talented driver especially in the hills of amalfi coast drive. We stopped in a small service station and had decent facilities and restaurant/cafe to grab and go items and shopping centre. It was a bit expensive though. We were divided into 2 groups for Pompeii 2 hour tour under 2 tour guides. Our guide Bernadette was amazing and informative. Amalfi coast drive was really picturesque and beautiful. We had 1 hour to explore Positano coast. We were offered free Limoncello tasting at the service station while returning back. Overall it was a good day trip. Thank you.
