Our guide Maxine was very knowledgeable and patient. very informative. one has to realise that even in 3 -3.5 hour tour of Louvre you can only cover so little and maxine made sure we covered all the highlights.

Excellent from start to finish, Claire was our guide, very informative & gave clear instructions & loads of information throughout the day. Giovanni was our driver & he was tested on several occasions but his 41 years of driving experience kept us all safe. Thank you both. Francesco was our guide in Pompeii and again was an excellent t, gave us enough information but didn’t overload us & was also full of humour. Thank you

Bagnoregio and Orvieto were gorgeous! Banoregio by itself would be worth the whole ticket price i think. The lunch was okay, and the shopping stop was tolerable.

it's sunny so we get to enjoy the sun and the snow. the temperature is not freezing while the snow is glistening from sun rays. it was an awesome experience.

Our guide Sonia went over and above to ensure we seen and experienced everything that the tour had to offer. She was professional and very informative her sense of humour made the trip very enjoyable. I do feel an announcement should be made at the start of the tour that everyone remain in the same seats they set off with. I had picked my seat towards the front of the bus as I can feel nauseous going further back when travelling. When we made one of our initial stops and came back to the bus another couple were in our seats. When I told them they were our seats they told us someone had taken their seats so as a result I had to move much further back on the bus which made the travelling uncomfortable. We had previously travelled on the Sorrento and Pompeii trip and thankfully those on board respected their fellow passengers. I just feel if the announcement is made at departure such incidents will not occur.

Vale cada centavo! A guia Laura e o motorista Antônio foram muito solicitos e prestativos durante todo o dia. O passeio por Pompeia teve como foco os pontos principais do parque e a guia Bernadete cumpriu muito bem o seu papel. A parte de Sorrento passou muito rápido, mesmo sendo baixa temporada senti que foi um pouco corrido. A vista é de tirar o fôlego. Faria novamente esse passeio. Se você tem o tempo corrido em Roma e quer fazer algo diferente pela Itália, esse é um ótimo passeio.

Guide Natashia and driver are so good. Natashia’s English is easy for Asian to understand and she is humorous, we could remember the story easier. Drive skill is excellent too! This trip also includes the lunch which makes the trip valuable!

We do not recommend this tour. We had to download an app. The app kept shutting down on us and provided very little information! Get the audio guide that the Vatican Museums offers instead. It coincides with numbers throughout the museum, so you can pick and choose what you listen to. And be warned that you have to wind through the Vatican Museums for over an hour before you get to the Sistine Chapel and then wind out again. It’s a long trip.

Exceptional guide name Rob. He was a real historian that sprinkled both comedy and facts to make the trip enjoyable. Unfortunately the Amalfi coast was dead during this time period so recommend taking during the spring months.

We had an excellent trip to Monserrat that started out right on time. Luca was an insightful and funny guide who made our day! With his advice we were able to make the most of our couple of hours that go by quite fast. Montserrat is a fascinating place to visit with beautiful landscapes. A morning visit is perfect - when we were leaving around midday the crowds started filling in. Definitely a trip worth doing and I would highly recommend this guided tour.

muy bueno el viaje, no vayan en temporada baja porque casi todo o esta en remodelacion o cerrado sin embargo las vistas son hermosas, muy amable la guia tabatha y a pesar de que el tour era en i gles sabia varios idiomas entre ellos español asi que favilito las cosas
