Charming, easy break from Venice

Very nice, easy, half day exploration of the islands outside of Venice, specifically Murano and Burano. The glass demonstration was great, and the gallery is beautiful. Wish the demonstration was a little more detailed rather than straight to the gallery, but understandable. The lace making on Burano was also very nice. Our guide, Manuala was excellent, knowledgeable and pleasant. We even did a pitstop in Mazzorbo, which was a nice walk through an organic garden and upcoming restaurant. Burano was beautiful to walk through, lots of bright colors and shops. I make the following comment lightly as I completely understand the rationale but be prepared for the sales pitches after the glass and lace. I completely get it, the pieces are extraordinary, and these companies need to make a living, but it can be a little much. Overall, recommended, charming, easy, and a beautiful break from Venice.

Great day out

Great day full of history, nice stops and narrow winding roads. Good mix of activities. Always like a tour that includes time for shopping.

We went on a tour to Pompeii and Sorento. Natascia was our guide, she gave us a lot of information and funny details. Luca was a great driver for the whole day. Thank you both.

Robert was an amazing guide and had an amazing attitude. We learned more from him than our years in school. The driver was also amazing and had a wonderful attitude even when some people took their time to get back on the bus. The bus itself while being big, it was uncomfortable and we all had to sit separate since we were the last to get on the bus. Our guide in Pompeii was knowledgable but it was hard to understand or keep up with him. The day is rushed but you see a lot. Unfortunately, we had a rowdy person in the bus but Rob managed the situation wonderfully.

Alice was the perfect guide. She was very friendly, personable but also incredibly knowledgeable. It was like taking a tour with a friend who knew all about Venice, Murano and Burano. This is definitely a must do.
