Our bus guide Patrizia was wonderful. She did an incredible job. The bus driver was amazing driving the narrow winding roads of Positano. The Pompeii guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and had a great attitude.

We had Anais as a guide. She was incredibly nice and welcoming. It was also obvious that she knew her facts, we learnt a lot of new things about the different art pieces and the museum itself. It was overall a very lovely tour!

Nous avons adoré Pompéi, la guide Claudia était top. C’est un lieu hors du temps. Positano est très mignon et fait penser aux cinque terre. Nous avons regretté la répartition du temps de chaque activité. Seulement 10 minutes de temps libre à Pompéi alors que cela donne envie d’y rester bien plus longtemps. Et des pauses bien trop longues dans des lieux sans grand intérêt (magasin de limoncello, restaurant de pizza après la visite de Pompéi, 2 arrêts assez long en station routière qui laissent plus que le temps nécessaire pour acheter à manger et aller aux toilettes). Il aurait été intéressant de déjeuner à Positano durant le temps libre plutôt qu’à Pompéi. La durée du temps libre à Positano est parfaite ☺️

Il m'est impossible de répondre à vos questions puisque je n'ai malheureusement pas profité de cette visite. Nous avons rencontre un problème de transport et n'avons donc pas pu nous rendre au RDV à l'heure prévue J'ai téléphoné 45 mn avant l'heure du RDV pour reporter cette visite et, à ma grande surprise, me suis confrontée à un NON catégorique. Votre sens du service client est lamentable et je je ne manquerai d'en faire part sur les réseaux.

Elena was fabulous. Great knowledge of the islands in the lagoon. She was very interesting and engaging throughout the tour with helpful tips on things like where to grab a quick bite, making sure we didn’t feel pressured by salespeople and encouraging us to enjoy getting lost and wandering on Burano to discover the wonderful local culture. 10/10
