Peter was such a great guide - funny, had tons of stories and knowledge about italy. He also shared tips on where to eat and just navigating the busy Roman streets. Couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Trip itself - made me look at the house prices in sorrento and move permanently lol

There really was no tour. This tour is not really wheelchair accessible. The guide was well meaning and tried but was really not able to accommodate us in any way. She was not even able to direct us to an accessible toilet. Overall she was unprepared and untrained to manage a small group with one disabled person. We informed the tour in advance of a guest in a wheelchair. There was no commentary or description of any of the exhibits on the way to the breakfast area. We never really used the radios we were given to hear her, my wife’s did not work and we were unable to see anything she was describing. You should specify in your advertising that this tour is not for disabled or wheelchair tourists. The “guide” pointed us in the general direction of the Sistine Chapel, which we finally found with the help of the Vatican security staff, who were most helpful.

The information provided on the audio guide was very limited - not what we expected. Very disappointing. Also surprised that we were not initially advised that we would need to provide our own headphones. The guides were very nice. When they left us in a long queue outside Vatican walls they advised that we would be in in 10 minutes. We were sceptical but we were pleasantly surprised to make the entry point in 15m. However all the guides do is check you in and lead you to the queue. 🤔

Immense déception, non seulement nous avons attendu 1 heure dehors sans coupe file mais l’application qui sert d’audio guide n’a fonctionné que aucun de nos téléphones pendant la visite… franchement aucun intérêt de passer par cette agence!

Heather var en mycket bra guiden som lättsamt berättade en massa historier om vad vi såg och lite av varje. Carlos som var vår guide i Pompeji var också bra. Det är ok att göra allt på en dag men speciellt Amalfikusten gav mersmak. Det går ju inte att göra något åt men de här ställena där turistbussar stannar är ju inte roliga. Totalt sett en väldigt trevlig dag som klart rekommenderas.

Abbet, our tour guide was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and provide a thorough overview of the museum collections.
