Fantastic. Guide Mari is knowledgeable and talks abt Italy and the food and places we can look out for and Driver Daniele is helpful. Pompeii local guide too was humorous and very knowledgeable. Truly enjoyable trip thanks !

The tour guide, Alexssandra, was great. She had to combine our tour with one scheduled to leave later because that guide was unavailable. So instead of 6 of us, there were 25, but she handled it well. There was plenty of time on both islands. On the way back, the boat was enveloped in a fog bank and the boat captain determined it was too dangerous to continue to San Marco and we detoured to another landing spot; however, Alessandra stayed with us and made sure we all got to where we needed to go.

Tuscany Day Trip from Rome including 3 course Lunch & Wine Tasting
It was a wonderful tour showing the many beauties of Tuscany from the splendid countryside, the architecture, the food, the wine, and the people. It was the perfect break from the chaos that is Rome. The bus ride was comfortable and our guide, Viviana, made it a relaxing experience. It was one of my favorite tours of the trip.

Great trip, just a so-so lunch.
Loved the countryside, the stops. However I was disappointed in the lunch. We had 4 glasses of wine in front of us with no idea what to drink with which course. The spaghetti was bland with no detectable seasonings. The desert biscuit dunked in the 4th wine was lost on me. The highlight was the delicious organic honey. I bought a jar. Our tour guide, Viviana, was a rock star! What a wealth of knowledge! And a great personality.

A lovely day in the Tuscan countryside!
What a marvelous day trip from Rome! It's a 12 hour day, but worth it. After a morning coffee stop, we made our way to Montepulciano for a walking tour. We had a great guide, Serena, who herself is a local. She was knowledgeable about the history of the town and area. We left for Pulcino, a farm/winery for a lovely lunch with wine tastings (generous pourings, I might add). This lunch was a highlight of our overall trip to Rome, actually. A stop after at Pienza (even smaller town than Montepulciano) was delightful (despite the "drown-pour" of rain that day). The drive back to Rome was challenging in the heavy rain, but our driver was a trooper! We arrived back to Rome 12 hours after we left. Worth it!

Our guide was great! We arrived for our Viking Mediterranean tour early and they did not offer any local tours for the dates we had. I looked on line and found what I wanted to see in the time I had and one of the tours was this tour. Meeting point was easy to find the representatives at the meeting location were great and knew what we needed to have and do. The actual tour company was with Blue City Tours. I highly recommend both Blue City and Viator for booking your tours. Our guide for the tour knew all anyone ever wanted to know about the Colosseum and Rome at the the time of it's use and construction.
