Our guide was very good. She obviously enjoyed what she was doing and sharing stories about each piece we viewed. The radio devices she used worked perfectly.

The tour was an excellent option. Our guide was outstanding and succinctly shared the history and highlights in bite size details that was perfect for teenagers. The dome upgrade is essential, great to see the artwork up close and the city views. We then made our own way back through the cathedral, crypt, bell tower and baptistery. I can’t recommend this tour enough if you only have one day to explore Florence and want to see a range of sites

Tour was as described, EXCEPT…. It states that the drop off point is the same as pickup. That was not the case. Our guide ended the tour at the St. Nicola church, which was across the city, and offered to tell the group places to go afterwards. Our hotel was very close to the meeting point, and it would’ve been very beneficial to end our long day in the same exact place as we planned. My 74 year old mother was disappointed and we had to uber back, but we want to make sure that people know that this can happen to them.

The day was perfect with a more than perfect guide Rob (he is the best I have ever had) and driver Giovani was a kind guy too. Rob made this all so enjoyable and was so helpful in many ways. Highly recommend ❤️

Absolutely incredible. The tour guide, I want to say was Sophia, was phenomenal. Her knowledge and the ease of which she related the information made the tour stand above all others. She was patient and answered any and all questions. You could see her deep respect for the subject matter and made you want learn more. So very happy we had her as a guide.
