Unfortunately the weather was not good when we visited the guel park. The tour was not bad but it was not one of the best we have had. My youngest child 10 years old, struggled to keep attention, this grnerally doesnt happen.

How is it rated a small group tour when there was about thirty people on the trip too big for the crypt for everyone to get in the small areas to see everything!

Nella prenotazione non era specificato che fosse in lingua inglese, arrivati al punto di incontro abbiamo trovato un organizzatore, scorbutico e insensibile che non ha voluto sapere ragioni e pur essendo tutti italiani ed aver pagato oltre 160 euro in due non ha voluto aiutarci, anzi ha fatto pressione sulla accompagnatrice per non parlare con noi in italiano. Ma comunque anche il sito è diventato complice di queste truffe, su tutti programmi c’è la specifica del tipo di lingua…. Vergognoso approfittare della semplicità di chi prenota

The service was great. The day we chose was Saturday, long lines. The groups have shorter lines. Try to go during the weekdays.
Was a great tour made even better by out tour guide Francesca Gin … she was friendly personable and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the tour and gave us lots of information about Venice on the boat trip to and from the islands … she made our rainy day trip fun and interesting
