We had four scheduled for Murano/Burano island near Venice. Four left eventhough we are on time. No one tried to contact me to see if we are at the right location. Would not provide a refund eventhough we did not take the tour.

Great trip, wonderful guide. However the Limencello tasting was in a small shop that sold the limoncello and not at all in vicinity to where the lemons are actually grown. Since the tour starts in Rome, you end up spending more time on your travel to and from the city and the time to visit the towns feels too rushed. But they did a good job covering as much as they could in the allotted time. Good for a first time visitor.
