Emiliano is the best!
Emiliano was fun and informative. He wasn’t too serious but we learned a lot. We absolutely loved the fact that we could visit all three places and the tour company took care of the logistics. We did not have to walk a whole lot in between the places because the bus was right there. The bus was very clean and comfortable, air conditioned.

Beautiful Murano
We enjoyed our trip to Murano and Burano. The glass-making workshop was fascinating. Along the way, our guide Francesca told us about the landmarks and other islands that we were passing.

Amazing Annais Tour!
Annais was amazing! So knowledgeable about so many works of art! We felt like Anais gave a beautiful tour- she handled the late opening of the Louvre with ease and was so concerned to make sure we got the full experience of the museum.

What an amazing day spent...
What an amazing day spent in Tuscany! Our tour guide Sehmi was very knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. Our bus driver Antonio was awesome as well and we felt very safe on the drive to/from Tuscany in all of the rain.

The tour was great...
The tour was great especially if you need a break from the crowded streets of Rome. Our tour guide Enrica was funny, knowledgeable, and provided great advice the whole day! The tour was a great way to see the country side, drink some wine, have authentic food, and see small towns of Italy. I highly recommend!

City tours
We booked a Full Experience Arena tour with a guide through City Tours. We met the staff at the arranged point in plenty of time. Instead of a guide, they told me to download an app called Pop Guide. I said we paid for a guide, not to use an app, as it was a Full Experience tour. He said that is all we would get, but I could not download the app because I had no service in Rome. He said it was not his problem and walked away. So we walked around the Colosseum and Palatine Hill without a guide. So really, I could have just paid to go into the Colosseum. What a let down walking around and lots to groups with guides. City Tours hang your head in shame

What a great tour. Plenty of time at each location. Ash really knew his history and was great at adding tib bits of information that many may not know. The ride from Paris was comfortable and relaxing.

Tour of Coliseum
Awesome! is the only word I can think of to describe the Coliseum and the tour guide that we had . Our tour guide “ Scott from Scranton “ was so informative and made the whole experience interesting and memorable. Anyone booking this tour should ask for Scott to be there guide!! He was Awesome!!

Alice was the perfect guide, a very knowledgeable lady she kept everything interesting, and was always concerned about welfare checks, slippy paths, toilet breaks etc This was the ideal tour as you gained so much knowledge and information about 3 different locations and aspects, whilst being in the right location to experience and see it.

Normandy! Great day with great guide!
I saw and learned a lot! My guide Ash was super informative and educated on the D day invasion. The beaches and cliffs were beautiful and the battles field at point du hoc was incredible! The cemetery was even more moving! The museum was very fun as well! I’m glad to have had such a good guide on such a good day!

Amazing except customer service
Get a tour guide. Our guide was so personable, friendly and had so much information. My only negative is that we had to cancel our original date bcz of Heathrow shutting down. We were in the air when our 24hr time expired so, I could cancel on time. Even though I rescheduled, Viator refused to refund me. Terrible way to do business.
