our guide on the tour was excellent, i believe she study as a archeologist, she was extremely informative, funny, kept our group moving in a pleasant manner. Highly recommended . We felt this was well worth our time and are thank full we taken the tour and form having an outstanding tour guide

Props to City Wonders who called to check on us when we couldn’t find the tour group at Doge’s Palace. The group waited for us and we had a wonderful and informative tour with Rita Tostello. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and brought the palace and basilica to life - a true pro! The artwork and workmanship is unbelievable. Not to be missed!

Amazing except customer service
Get a tour guide. Our guide was so personable, friendly and had so much information. My only negative is that we had to cancel our original date bcz of Heathrow shutting down. We were in the air when our 24hr time expired so, I could cancel on time. Even though I rescheduled, Viator refused to refund me. Terrible way to do business.

Learn from our mistake...go on an empty stomach!
What a delightful and delicious food tour we had with Daniela. After a little confusion meeting up (there was a big film production happening at the typical meeting point), we began the food tour that was as described in the listing. We loved everything we tried and were thrilled to try some things we wouldn't have likely figured out on our own. Added note: there is enough food here for breakfast and lunch!

We booked a Full Experience Arena tour with a guide through City Tours. We met the staff at the arranged point in plenty of time. Instead of a guide, they told me to download an app called Pop Guide. I said we paid for a guide, not to use an app, as it was a Full Experience tour. He said that is all we would get, but I could not download the app because I had no service in Rome. He said it was not his problem and walked away. So we walked around the Colosseum and Palatine Hill without a guide. So really, I could have just paid to go into the Colosseum. What a let down walking around and lots to groups with guides. City Tours hang your head in shame

What an amazing day spent...
What an amazing day spent in Tuscany! Our tour guide Sehmi was very knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. Our bus driver Antonio was awesome as well and we felt very safe on the drive to/from Tuscany in all of the rain.

Recommend guided tour
Our guide, MG, was extremely knowledgeable and took great care of our group throughout the entire tour, ensuring that no one was left behind. She communicated clearly, making it easy for everyone to understand. With so many people in the group, we truly appreciated her ability to keep us all engaged. I highly recommend this guided tour. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the headsets. Unfortunately, the sound quality was poor, with a lot of static and fuzziness.

Obscene
Took the tour of the above. I would say interesting but obscene. Learnt just how money grabbing the Vatican and church is. They have enough property and money to remove most of the poverty in the world but would rather keep asking for more. My advice would be to seek everything and take the poor out of poverty.

Normandy! Great day with great guide!
I saw and learned a lot! My guide Ash was super informative and educated on the D day invasion. The beaches and cliffs were beautiful and the battles field at point du hoc was incredible! The cemetery was even more moving! The museum was very fun as well! I’m glad to have had such a good guide on such a good day!

Normandy tour
Great guide and interesting trip to Normandy. The museum at Utah beach was the highlight. The bus was very crowded and tight seating. Lunch was poor quality.

This day tour was the highlight of our honeymoon Italy trip and it was mostly due to our guide, Roberto aka Rob, he made the trip unforgettable for us. He gave us the insights into Italy on a whole then diving into the depths of origins of pizza, cuisines of different regions of Italy and guiding us around the trip regarding Pompei and Sorrento. He made sure we knew about the places which we were going to see and also the local dishes/drinks we should have which are specialty of the places we were in. He described the Italian history with such ease and he also made us feel comfortable and feel like at home in Italy. This day trip was our first day of Italy and after spending 15 days in Italy and France it is still the most amazing day we spent on the trip and it was only due to the amazing guide we got.

Wonderful tour!
David was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable and paced the tour wonderfully. We enjoyed seeing and learning about so many pieces of art in the museums. He was able to answer all of the questions we had. Wonderful experience!

What a great tour. Plenty of time at each location. Ash really knew his history and was great at adding tib bits of information that many may not know. The ride from Paris was comfortable and relaxing.

Breathtaking, enjoyable and moving experience.
Found the tour guide Elisa interesting, knowledgeable and very passionate about the tour. Allowed us to explore things in a group .she also made sure we had toilet breaks when needed. Being an experienced tour guide she made our passage through the tour very smooth and quick avoiding queues. Which meant we did not have to qué for up to an hour or more, would definitely advise people to book a guided tour .
