I loved the day trip! However we did get left in Positano (the tour departed without us despite being on time to the meeting spot) they were very apologetic and kind but wish they would’ve done a head count and avoided the predicament entirely!

Wonderful guides, driver, and overall experience. lunch was delicious with beautiful views. I only wish we had 20 more minutes at vesuvius and at least another hour at Pompeii. This trip was the highlight of my time here.

It was very well organized. The tour guide on the bus and the driver were wonderful. The other tour guide (cant remember her name) at Pompeii was just ok. She could have been more lively. Wish we would have had time after the Pompeii tour to browse the gift shop. Maybe if we didn’t make a surprise pit stop/sales pitch at the Limoncello shop after the hike we would have had some extra time. That part of the tour felt a bit off to be honest. Otherwise it was a perfectly good day.

We did the Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill tour with Ela and it was amazing. First of all, she was such an amazing guide. She was so knowledgeable and also very funny. The way she treated everyone made our large group of about 20 people total (including me and 4 associates) feel like we were longtime friends. The structures themself are amazing. The garden on Palatine Hill is perhaps the most beautiful place I have ever visited. City Wonders is very organized and gives you a headset device so you can always hear the guide over traffic or noise concerns. Everyone should do this. Ask for Ela!

The tour of the Eiffel Tower was great and very informative. Our guide, Prava (not entirely sure of the name), did an excellent job explaining the history of the tower. However, we were disappointed with the Seine River cruise. Initially, we were told that we only needed to present our voucher at the boat, but that wasn’t the case. We went to two different boarding areas, only to be rejected twice, and were eventually rescheduled for the next boat an hour later. It would have been much more convenient if the voucher could be used directly instead of having to exchange it for actual tickets. Good thing that the experience at the cruise was breathtaking

The trip was amazing! Luca was a friendly and knowledgable guide who was very pleasant to be around and told us lots of interesting facts about our surroundings. The wine tasting was amazing! Definitely recommend this tour!

My family and I had a great time on this trip. It was a very long day (made even longer by traffic outside Naples in the evening), but it was great being able to see both Pompeii and Positano from Rome. The guide in Pompeii was very informative and we learned a lot! Positano was beautiful and the drive along the coast was very cool. Unfortunately, we had a 1.5 hour delay due to traffic (no fault of the bus driver) and that made us pretty tired towards the end of the day. Sonia, the all day guide, and Cesar, the bus driver, were both amazing and made this a great trip for my family!

It was so interesting seeing the original burial and religious sites of Rome, a city now so intrinsically linked to Christianity. Finding its pagan links and how macabre some monks can be was truly enlightening. I will be recommending this tour to anyone that will listen.

No he estado satisfecha, el precio carísimo, 62 € la entrada por persona La guía prácticamente es difícil de usar porque no hay tiempo suficiente para poder visitar los Museos, solamente usamos el comentario en la Capilla Sixtina Lo único bueno, entrar con día y hora señalada. Pero cundo reserve la visita, el precio era desde 12 € y resulta que nos cobraron 62 € cada uno. Una barbaridad.

We were not very happy with the buses as the condition of them was poor (eg heavy rattling in the back and had trouble hearing the guide, the usb port did not work, the seats did not sit upright properly, the foot stools were broken). We also felt that the bus had too many customers and we were quite squashed in.
