This small group tour...
This small group tour really helped me get the most out of my visit to the Louvre. It is such a big museum and without the expertise (and passion) of the guide, Hamish, I would have been overwhelmed and wouldn’t have seen or enjoyed as much of the museum.

Great tour
We did not need our passport, although everyone tells you that you do, really informative guide Ocsana who was lovely and knew her art, Sistine Chapel was amazing. There are plenty of toilets available on the tour.. a little on the expensive side but as we're unlikely to return I felt it was worth it.

Lovely Experience
Mathilde and Lawrence made the trip very enjoyable. They both were very knowledgeable. My family and I learned a lot about Paris and all of the history of this beautiful city. I highly recommend them.

Great value for breathtaking views and a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
I visited Rome with my senior parents in April 2025 but wanted a daytrip to break up the days of our trip. Luckily I came across this tour with City Wonders to the Tuscan countryside, it was one of the highlights of our vacation! We promptly met at Pza del Popolo at 730 where many other tour groups gather near the fountain and after checking in was assigned Laura as our tour leader. She was knowledgeable, well spoken in English, and accommodating for my parents whom have walking difficulties - we ended up splitting from the tour group at Montepulciano due to the hilly walk thru the city, and instead spent extra time at our nearby lunch stop to enjoy the views of Tuscany. Then we moved on to Pienza which was a truly special memory, don’t miss out on peeking down alleys off the mainstreet, we found a breathtaking view of the valley below Pienza. We arrived back at Rome promptly at the estimated 7pm end time. Overall would recommend this day trip for their organization and value, just be prepared for a 30min uphill/downhill walk at the first stop. Thank you City Wonders!

Terrific tour, would do it again . . .
John is an excellent guide. His friendly and informal manner, combined with a wealth of knowledge of the relevant history, made the tour fascinating and fun. The way he described the long dead people involved in the history of the Chateaux brought them to life and made them relatable -- not just a statistic in a text book. Viator is lucky to have him. A+ all around!

Onome and Ash were great! Plenty of bathroom stops. Long day that started in a sketchy area. May want to reconsider the pick up spot. Did not feel safe. 2 drunk people harassed the group. Plenty of time at all stops. Lots of information provided. 3 options at lunch to choose from. Food was meh, but it did the job. The bus was nice and clean with a/c. I would do this tour again.

Normandy WWII tour
Onome and Ash are great guides and very informative. Their knowledge of the Normandy region and the main attractions were amazing. Would definitely recommend booking with them!

Catacombs and crypts-interesting
Get your guide vendor used three vans so no one in the other two could hear the dialogue as the reception went in and out. Definitely only go on one bus! Guide Inside catacomb focused more on religion and not as much on the catacombs

Louvre tour
Hugo was a fantastic guide. This tour was perfect for the Louvre which can be overwhelming. Very informative and did a good job keeping our group on track.

Detailed information, but lack of care. Rushed tour.
Tour guide was very friendly. And told us a lot of information, however the tour guide left us at the first part of the tour. Never telling us a time to meet. Never tell us they were leaving. I would to book somewhere else. The first part of the tour was amazing, but lacking care of the people on the tour.

Onome and Ash were very nice guides, and were open to any questions from travelers. Learned great knowledge from this tour and it was very cool to see where American Troops stormed the beach

Complete rip off. Purchased a fully guided tour at £126. Instead no tour guide and just a ticket. From other reviews that has happened to many people so something very dodgy with this one. I have used Viator many many times but no help on this one.

Not happy Jan
Had difficulty seeing the sign of the tour guide as she didn’t hold it high enough. I felt she spoke about things not associated with the item we were seeing & talked too much. Left early as we had had enough. The Louvre is definitely worth seeing
