What guided tour?

We booked a tour that was advertised as a “fully guided tour” but there was no tour guide. Save your money and just tour it yourself. We weren’t even able to download the audio guide.

A great way to visit the Louvre

Summer was an excellent guide. Knowledgeable, interesting and caring. She provided great context that kept it interesting for all , even our two teenagers!

Normandy Day Trip

Maja and Raymond were great tour guides! We got way more history than we expected. The buses were clean and comfortable!

Beautiful views from up top and nice to skip the line. Lots of steps so beware. Guide was informative.

We are a family with a 10 year old and we all thoroughly enjoyed the tour. It was easy to locate the start point and we boarded the spacious boat shortly thereafter. Serena was amazing - very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. Claudio I believe was our “driver” and he was super helpful, getting people on and off the boat safely. Rob, our guide for the day and Elena, our Pompeii guide were both excellent - extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easily understandable, our day was definitely enhanced with these two people, we learnt so much. We would find it hard to find a way to improve the day as it is clearly a trip that has been worked out to maximise the time in each place. A highlight of our trip to Italy

Great tour guide and a pretty simple excursion. Trip is about €15 more than if you just bought tickets and a train yourself, BUT the simplicity of the coach, the group entrance ticket and the knowledge of the guide made it worth it. One thing I will say though is that guides must be stricter with late passengers. Despite us all being told many, many times when to be back at the busy, two couples were almost 30 mins late. We shouldn't have waited that long. They are adults, it's not your responsibility to care for them like they can't look after themselves. The timing of our whole day was put out so four people could have another glass of wine. Guide - give them 15 mins grace max and then go. There's a direct train back to Paris - they can sort themselves out.
