Everlasting Memories
I just want to say that this trip was haven for us. I have tons of memories about this tour. Me and my gf enjoyed to much i can say this was the best tour of our life

Positano/ Pompeii
The trip was well organized, and planned very well start to finish. The only part that could be improved is the bus stop for food. The food was ok but expensive for the medium quality.

An Experience to Remember!
A once in a life time experience! No many have breakfast in the Vatican garden and then a tour of it!

Great trip. Errica was knowledgeable and very entertaining. I went with an 11 year old and she absolutely loved Errica and the whole experience.

Tour of Vatican Museum and Cistene Chapel
An early start but immediately felt confident in the tour guides. They were organised polite and friendly. Our guide Oscar was so very knowledgeable and encouraged members of the group to ask questions: there was nothing he didn’t know about! He was also very amusing :) The whole experience was enriched by having an informed and friendly guide: highly recommend this company.

Taken to Pompei instead of Positano.
We wanted to go to Positano. The tour says option between Pompei and Positano. We were taken to Pompei. Besides that major disappointment, very thing else was nice. Chiara and Fabrizio were excellent.

Our guide was really knowledgeable and did a great job navigating us thru the crowds of people here at the Vatican. She was helpful, funny, and kept everyone together throughout the tour so we could all get thru the Sistine Chapel at the time allotted to us. She then explained how it was the jubilee and going thru St. Peter’s door was a once in 25 year experience.

Great Guided tour of Accademia
We did the 1 hour guided tour of the Accademia’s David. I think Guilianna was our guide. She was perfect! Great insight but not overwhelming. Highly recommend a guided tour!

First Time Tourists from Boston Mass…
Easy to meet the group at the designated spot away from the front entrance, easy check-in with the tour manager, our tour guide took her time throughout the hectic crowded areas and explained each piece of our Masterpiece tour in depth. Earphones worked great, never a problem. Our tour guide Tinu (like Tina but with a “U”) was so pleasant and unrushed and knowledgeable, she made the tour an exceptional experience (especially for my older mother’s birthday) and one that I would definitely recommend to family & friends. Thank you again Tinu!

Excellent way to see the highlights of the Louvre
This tour was perfect for us! The museum is massive and crowded. Our guide gave excellent directions and managed our group masterfully as we navigated the crowds! We saw the highlighted artwork and he explained how we might see other sections of the museum that interested us after the tour. I can’t imagine a better guide (Maxim) or a better short tour of this beautiful, massive museum.

Amazing experience with our tour guide Eliza! She gave us a detailed description of what we were seeing off shore on our way to Murano and Burano. The spots we got to visit were beautiful! We wish we had had a bit more time to visit Murano, but we were given an opportunity to stay longer in Burano!

What guided tour?
We booked a tour that was advertised as a “fully guided tour” but there was no tour guide. Save your money and just tour it yourself. We weren’t even able to download the audio guide.
