Definitely recommend!
Guides were A+. Very knowledgeable and accommodating in spite of it being a large group! Bit of a hike on the coach but it was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Amazing tour experience with Carlo
The experience is worth every penny. There is a lot of walking and stairs, but it’s worth it. Carlo is a great guide. He was patient and very informative. We came away with not only amazing pictures, but also with a ton of information. Thank you, Carlo.

Wrong info sent, terrible customer service
We never got to go on the tour. The meeting point was not clear, a tour guide called when we were late and said he would send me GPS coordinates but he never did. Customer service was not helpful. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Tour guides made this! John who was with us all day was fab, energetic and super informative! Enrico at pompeii was super knowledgeable, funny and a real personality! Enjoyed all sightseeing and experiences on the day! Good way to get snapshot of places!

A very informative and memorable Normandy bus tour
Daniel and Sam were great and very informative on everything! We just wished we were at each stop for a little longer because some times it felt a rushed, but we understand it was very busy. LUNCH was great! We ended the trip at the cemetery and got to watch the flag lowering ceremony which was very moving and memorable!

Great Tour to Normandy
Very well presented. Very informative. Both tour guides, Raymond and Laurence, were passionate about the information they shared with the group and the full day experience. The guides are punctual in order to keep the tour running smoothly but without making you feel rushed. We booked the trip to Normandy and the tour hits all the major locations that you would hope to see on this trip. Would book another trip with them in the future.

Worth it!
Daniel and Sam were our tour guides. They were entertaining and informative and made our trip to Normandy a hit with all members of our group. It’s a long and pricey day, but well worth it!

We were tossing up about...
We were tossing up about doing an Eiffel Tower tour but I’m so glad we did - such a unique experience and our guide Masha was awesome. We did the stairs to the second floor and then the elevator to the summit which was a good balance between an easy ish climb (669 steps in two halves) and then a final elevator. Highly recommend! Also highly recommend the earliest start time, the queues after we entered were more than ten times longer than ours.

Must-see Chateaus and wine!
I can’t recommend this tour enough to anyone visiting Paris. We had such a lovely day in the Loire valley and our tour guide John was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the region and the history of the castles we visited. He pointed us to a wonderful lunch spot in Blois. We had just enough time at each location to immerse ourselves in the beauty and culture of the places. And the wine tasting at Chenonceau was such a fun way to end the day. 10/10 one of my favorite experiences of my trip.

Normandy in a day
Daniel and Sam guided us thru Normandy with great information and detail. We learned a lot of new information. The lunch was very delicious. We loved along at a good pace and we will definitely revisit in the future.

Our nice trip to Normandy!
We had a great visit to D Day beaches in Normandy with a great crew (Daniel and Sam). The tour guides were very informative. It was a lot to cover in a day, and we hit all the stops without feeling rushed! The lunch (with apple cider and apple pie) was cerry on top! My 10 yr old child enjoyed the tour just as much! I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in history (especially WW II)!

Worst Experience with Viator and city Wonder Tour in Rome
Had worst experience with viator and specifically City Wonders Tour organisers. My trip start time was 10.30 and though I have reached just on time.. the group already left without us. And within 2 minutes (at 10.32) they are not contactable and we couldn’t find the group. Though paid hefty amount for guided tour, had to go personally. The group before leaving didn’t bother to give a call as well. Nobody from City Wonders made any effort to connect us with the group or consider us for next slot ( which is in 15 minutes ie 10.45). I haven’t received any refund as well. I recommend to be very careful to book through viator and city Wonders in Rome.

Informative and interesting tour for the family
Very informative and enjoyable tour about D-day. Daniel and Sam were great tour guides and gave an entertaining description of the history of D-day. Our family had a great time. They also timed everything really well including stops, restrooms, etc.
