ANGELA THE QUEEN OF POSITIVITY
Angela was phenomenal! It was my first time coming to the Eiffel Tower and not only did I learn a lot, but I had the best time. Angela was the queen of positivity! If you’re booking a tour, book with Angela. lastly, we even finished with a show by Angela. I did not know that when I came out today, I would get to see breakdancing on the Eiffel Tower, but that was definitely a highlight.

Informative and fun day
Very information and entertaining day out. Daniel is an exceptionally gifted orator. He makes everything interesting. It's like Daniel was born to do this job. Sam was a great guide as well.

Great experience, maybe don't take the audio, see with your eyes, take your time
The staff were friendly and helpful, the meeting spot was easy to find. No problems with the tickets, all great. We took the audioguide, it's via an app. It's very informative but honestly it's just as nice to look at everything and read the panels without the history lesson in the background. We used it to educate ourselves after the visit(that's the perk of the app). Give yourself time, there is so much to soak in :). We started at 12h15 at the colloseum and finished at 17h30 at the forum.

The Louve
we saw many masterpieces in a very short time. Afterward, she told us how to see the museum when we were done with the tour. Spent all day at the Louve.

Worst Experience Ever
I'm going to start off by saying that I have traveled over 2 million miles in my lifetime. I have been traveled to 5 continents and over 40 countries. I have traveled alone and in groups. I have traveled by plane, train, ship, bus, auto, tuk tuk, etc. I have visited many famous sites, met interesting people, learned different cultures, and tasted a variety of foods. I say all of this to give a bit of background on my experience in traveling. This was my second trip to Paris and I was really looking forward to our newest adventure. We scheduled a private tour of the Louvre on our first day in Paris. The instructions started by stating that we would not meet at the Louvre. Instead we were instructed to go to the Arc de Triomphe. Time was tight but we arrived at the meeting point with over 30 minutes to spare. I didn't see many tour guides so I contacted City Wonders. On the first call, I explained where I was and was told that I was early. The rep told me to wait there and call back in 10 minutes if the guide had not arrived. Ten minutes goes by and I make a second call. During that time, I'm put on hold while the rep tries to contact the guide. After being on hold for around 10 minutes, I was told the guide was running 4-5 minutes late but would be there soon. They would be wearing blue. In the meantime, they sent me a link to the meeting point but the link was invalid. We continued to wait. After another 10 minutes or so, I called again. I was put on hold for another 10 minutes while they tried to contact the guide. After all of this, they determined that we were at the wrong meeting point. But, it gets worse. Now, our entry time to the Louvre had expired and we would not be able to get in that day. I was also told that it would not be possible to reschedule another tour during our next 3 days in Paris. I was disappointed and the rep didn't really offer any alternatives. She just said if we had a complaint, to get on their web site to plead our case. The unfortunate part of all of this is that we had time to get to the right meeting point if the first rep had identified the issue on the first call. Later that day, we contacted City Wonders via their web site. They responded via email and told me that the instructions were clear and they always recommend that you check the map before leaving for the meeting point. They went on to say "Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled". Wow, I can honestly say that this was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I later spoke to our travel agent and she said that she had been getting a lot of complaints about City Wonders tours recently and would start booking with other tours. Bottom line - I do not recommend City Wonders!

Great day trip to Mont St Michel!
Sylvia and Onome were great! I learned a lot about Normandy and they also gave restaurant and wine/cider suggestions. They were very friendly. The bus was clean and we had one stop on the way there and one on the way back for cafe/ snacks/ bathrooms. I would recommend to my friends and worth the money!

A false map location where the guide can't be found and is uncontactable. They will trouser your money and not issue a refund

Worth the long day and drive!
This was a fabulous tour and we are so glad we did it. We absolutely loved our guide because his first language was English, making him clear to understand as opposed to our other guides with other tours. This is a long day but worth it. Well done!

Book tours through your hotel
Viator contracts out to local companies. When we showed up for our tour they didn’t have our semi private reservation. They put us on a bus with 50 people instead of a group of 8 that we paid for. The first time we reached out to them for a refund they denied us. They ended up refunding the difference but it was not easy and put a damper on our visit. They did not take ownership for their mistake and pushed it on to the tour company. We did enjoy the tour but for the time it takes to get to Postino you are only there for a hour and half. The total driving time was 8 hours. We stayed about 2 hours in Pompeii. I would suggest that you reach out to your hotel and book through them.

Great Visit to Ancient Rome!
Great tour. Seeing the Roman Coliseum was on my bucket list so I’m very glad to have gone. PS. On this tour you don’t get to walk out on the floor or go to the basement level. That was ok with us. You do get to the same level as the floor so that was good enough for us.

Amazing Tour. Highly Recommend.
We had an excellent tour of the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job sharing the rich history and significance of each site. Despite it being Good Friday and absolutely packed, she kept the group together and moving seamlessly—a true feat in such a crowded setting. The organization, insight, and pace of the tour made for a memorable and enriching experience. Highly recommend.

Chaos! The tour guide did...
Chaos! The tour guide did not have a good handle of the crowd. The start was delayed because they thought they were missing someone but had just miscounted. During the trip itself two people from two different families were lost. The guide was aloof and just not concerned. It was also very hard to understand his English with the tremendously heavy accent

Vatican
Long long tour, difficult to hear guide, too much detailed explanation at every station, difficult because of so many stairs. Extremely crowded - shoulder to shoulder. Viator not responsible for that. Basilica not open as advertised on ticket. Guide tried her best to keep us toogether.
