Très déçus par cette visite guidée, qui promettait une place privilégiée pour voir la relève de la garde. Nous n'en avons rien vu! La guide était perdue, expliquant qu'une nouvelle relève avait été mise en place depuis une semaine et qu'elle n'en connaissait pas encore tous les déplacements. Nous sommes restés très loin du Palais, et avons simplement vu la parade des gardes quitter leur lieu de rassemblement, puis passer devant nous à un carrefour, à 400m de Buckingham. Non sans intérêt, mais très loin du ballet des gardes devant le Palais que nous espérions admirer de près, comme promis dans l'annonce!

Deben de dejar bajarte en alguna estación del tren bernina. y la guía de nombre Marina se enojaba seguido y se desesperaba cuando le volvías a preguntar algo, se la pasaba diciendo que en qué idioma quería que dijeran las cosas, cuando se le preguntaba nuevamente porque no se explicaba.

Is een erg leuke trip, alleen soms erg haasten om alles een beetje te kunnen zien vooral in Positano. Pompei zonder gids is ook prima te doen eventueel!

I recently went on an amazing trip with them to the beautiful cities of Pompeii and Positano in Italy. It was such a wonderful and enjoyable experience! The tour guide was excellent – fun, respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained everything so clearly and made the whole journey exciting and far from boring. Subir por las escaleras es una experiencia que merece la pena. Mucho más cuando vas con una guía que te ameniza las esperas y el trayecto de subida. Nos gustaron las explicaciones de nuestra guía Liz, que era encantadora y estuvo pendiente en todo momento del grupo. También muy contentos con la gestión del personal de la empresa.

Our guide for the day was Michaela. She made us very welcome, explained the details of the trip and also super knowledgeable about historical events that took place on route and also places to visit should we wish to come back. The tour itself was great however we didn't enjoy the Lemonchello part as we felt this time would have been better spent in Sorrento as it's simply not enough time there for lunch and walk about the town - we literally had 1hour 15mins which isnt much time to order food, eat food and wander the town. also the trip I booked said on the itinerary a drive by Amalfi coast but this was not the case and no one explained why. Also in the morning as instructed meeting point we waited with other travellers by the fountain with the obelisk and lions but felt the trip leads wearing the uniforms did not engage with the groups waiting to be called over as most of us starting to feel isolated and started to walk towards the Leonard's Da Vincis museum rather than risk late.

Alessandro, our guide on the bus, was excellent. Informative and funny and helpful. Sorrento is gorgeous, and Pompeii was fascinating. Our guide in Pompeii, Claudia, was wonderful - very charming and did a great job of corralling our group of 25 people including multiple children. would highly recommend as a day trip for anybody looking to venture outside of Rome during their visit.
