Die gesamte angebotene Durchführung der Tour war für den Preis 54€ zu aktuell 14,5€ nicht gerechtfertigt! Man bekommt den Eindruck vermittelt, das es sich, wie bei anderen Aktivitäten, eine exklusiven oder Express Zugang zum Turm gibt. Diese ist aber nicht der Fall !!! Es handelt sich um ein betreutes Warten und am Schluss werden die normalen Tagestickets gekauft und weitergegeben! Hierfür zahlt man dann fast 40€ pro Person mehr!!! Der Guide, der einen hierbei begleitet war nett und hat auch ein paar interessante Informativen gegeben, er selber hat einen guten Job gemacht! Würde wir nicht wieder buchen, da kaum ein Mehrwert vorhanden ist!!!

The meeting point was easy to find and the staff there was really helpful. We met with Natacia and Henrico our driver, they were amazing. Natacia was full of joy and culture to share. Loved to hear her explanations during the trip and advise about City of Rome. Felt save all the way with Henrico and the bus was very clean and comfortable. In pompeii we had as a guide Betny and she was lovely. You could feel her love for the history and place and the pleasure to share the history with us. Always available for questions and amazing sense of humour. Thank you to the 3 of them for the amazing day. Definitely recommend this visit.

Studio was great, everything was amazing. Worth it if you are a big fan. The food could be better. On the other hand, this travel agency didnt organize this trip well enough for that price. The guide told us to come to the meeting point at 7:15 and that the bus was leaving at 7:30 pm. Unfortunately we had to stand from 7:15 to 7:40 on the rain and wind because we were waiting for our guide to come. In the end we left without the guide, I really dont know what happened. Overall we booked this trip because it was booked everywhere else and we payed a lot of money for it. Could be better

Die Tour ist eigentlich nur ein begleitetes anstehen an der Schlange. Währen dessen wird einem ein bisschen was über den Eiffelturm erzählt. Leider versteht man aber viel nicht weil die Gruppe groß ist und der Guide weit vorne steht. Dafür ist ein Aufpreis von 35€ pro Person nicht gerechtfertigt. Nicht einmal Tickets wurden vorab gekauft. Sodass wir am Ende noch 2,5 Stunden für die Treppen anstehen mussten. Der Eintritt hat dann 14,50€ gekostet. Am Ende total überteuert und absolut als Scan zu bezeichnen. Stellt euch lieber einfach selber an und spart euch das Geld für die „Tour“.

The guide Frankie was very knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was great and the captain Stefan drove like a pro. Loved every second of it, especially getting to see the masters at work on both islands. Highly recommend.

day trip was great! other than the weather which you can't control, it was still a wonderful day exploring and sight seeing. Dani who was our guide for the day was so accommodating and helpful. she was approachable and gave so much clear and repetitive information throughout the day so we all knew what to expect. Dani always checked on my mum who had an ankle injury but still kept up with the group. If you have Dani as your group guide, you are in great hands, she was amazing!

Maxime the Guide was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and we really learned a lot of new info about what the artists were trying portray in their art. He also used the time given very well, was kind, and also humorous. We recommend everyone take this tour with Maxime on their first visit to the Louvre, as we did.
