DOGE & St Peter, the rush Tour
This was not a fully guided tour. We felt rush. An another tourist needed to used bathroom and your guide said: oh can you hold for another 30 minutes. It was like running a marathon. I asked to get a ticket to get back in doge to gift shops. Not possible. St Peter basilica was not fully guided. Since I paid extra to go to rooftop. Horrible experiences.

Louvre Tour is a Must!
Guided tour is a must when visiting The Louvre! It’s way too big and overwhelming for a first timer to do on your own! Lee was wonderful at guiding us to sone of the main attractions and his insights made the tour even more enjoyable. Allow extra time to see the famous lady!

Worth the trip!
It was a great long day. We had a wonderful time in Bellagio and Lugano. We had the chance to look around and enough time to enjoy lunch in Bellagio and coffee in Lugano. Definitely worth it! The boat was nice too! The tour guide and the driver were excellent.

My wife’s back was giving...
My wife’s back was giving her problems so we left the tour before the Sistine Chapel. A little more detail than we needed. I can not rate this tour fairly because of my wife’s condition.

Lovely experience with a knowledgeable guide
The driver and guide were extraordinary. We left on time and the guide explained everything as we rode to Giverny so that we could really enjoy our time once we arrived. Please make sure you go to the church and not the cathedral! Many people made that mistake and missed this lovely trip.

Disorganized mess
This tour was completely disorganized from the time we boarded the bus. When we arrived to switch from the bus to the shuttles in to get to Positano, only 1 shuttle was there. We were a group of 50. 30 of us stood on the cliff side of the very busy road into Positano for 30 minutes waiting for shuttles. We then had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the tour guide to tell us when to return. From there, we were 45 minutes late leaving Positano. I am still on this tour as I write this review, and we have been sitting on the bus in a rear parking lot in Pompeii for 43 minutes waiting to leave. We are supposed to arrive to Rome at 8:15pm- we will be lucky to get back by 10pm. City Tours has been extremely disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend.

Good Tour
We booked this tour because we couldn't get the official Sagrada Familia website for tickets to process our credit card - we would have orginally been happy to go on our own. But in the end having the guide was nice - our guide Albert was very friendly and professional and took good care of us. There was an earpiece through which you could hear the tour and he was able to share insights we might not have gotten otherwise. After the official tour ended we were able to stay and wander around further on our own. There's a museum under the building that might be worth exploring so you can budget some extra time for that if you want. Definitely worth seeing and I'm glad we did this in the end!

A great day!
So worth it on busy days. Michael was so kind and knowledgeable and knew just where to get us for the changing of the guards without waiting at the front of the palace for hours! We thought this tour was worth every penny and exactly what we were looking for! (If you want a more complete tour of Tower of London, this isn’t the tour to book).

Good one day trip Paris to Mont St Michel
Lawrence and Sylvie were very nice and helpful guides. Lots of stories and history shared on the road. Coach was comfortable.

Aarón was great. Very knowledgeable and knew the best spots to stand to see all the sections of the changing of the guards. It was very crowded but he did a great job getting us to each section safely.

Seamless Despite Changes
This well-organized tour with a professional guide was a magical experience for any Harry Potter fan! Viatour had to change transportation from rail to bus unexpectedly and it was still seamless.
