Amazing tour and fantastic guide!
We had an amazing tour. Our guide was Yusra Batool. She is absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, energetic and makes it very interesting and fun for all family. Very much enjoyed her company and strongly recommend booking with her.

Fun day!
It was a busy day but worth it! We saw impressive views and enjoyed every minute. Errika was amazing! She was full of information and answered all questions. You could tell she knows so much history. It was a great day 10/10!

Bad Choice
The bus trip was too long, over 3 hours to get to Sorento, the bus was cramped and stuffy and very poor air conditioning (non-existing). We didn't get to Pompei until after 3.30pm, after a 7.40am start. Then we only had 1 1/2 hours there before boarding the bus for another 3 hours return trip. We should have found a tour that went just to Pompei, the Sorento extension was a waste of time.

Milan day trip
We had a WONDERFUL experience visiting Como, Bellagio and Lugano. Sara was our guide and she did an incredible job. Can’t recommend this tour enough!!! Sara even helped us find the train on our way home. Five stars!!!!

Amazing tour
It was amazing, first time at the Vatican, Fiorella was our guide and she was very good and very friendly. She got us through quick and explained everything very well as well as answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend.

Great tour guide but wine tasting was less so
John, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and personable. However, we were a little surprised when there were 47 people in the tour when the website said that there were maximum of 25. Although, the number does not detract from the tour itself. The wine tasting feels more like a token exercise and we certainly would not recommend this tour if you would like to experience Loire Valley wine tasting experience. That aside, we thought both castle were lovely and interesting and the tour guide provided great context and historical background.

We had an amazing tour with City Wonders Tours. Our tour guide, Elisabetta Benedetti, shared interesting details en route and at each location. She provided a WhatsApp number to make sure we could contact her if we had any questions or issues during our free time. Elisabetta was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The lunch with wine tasting was incredible and our driver, Baar, was reliable, professional, and safe. With Elisabetta and Baar, we were in excellent hands. I highly recommend City Wonders Tours.

Beautiful and Informational
Sabina, our tour guide was the sweetest. She took her time to explain so much and despite the crowds she provided ample time for our group to take in the various artwork. The tour ends just before going into the Sistine Chapel. We were a little bit confused about getting to St. Peter’s Square and the Basilica (which at the time of our tour was closed to prepare for Good Friday/Easter weekend) but we figured it out and the Basilica had opened so it was a great end to our experience.

Our guide was entertaining and very knowledgeable about Florence! This tour is a real value as it included skip the line entry to see David as well as a walk through the city pointing out specific sights. Checked a lot of boxes for us! Thank you!

Waste of money
The tour guide was very nice but they should not really be booking these tours when it’s so busy. We had to wait in line 2.5 hours for security (got in line at 9.20am) and it was impossible to keep the group together. When we got to the ticket office they had stopped selling tickets to the top/summit so we could only go to the second floor. Very disappointing. It was a waste of money as we could have just lined up ourselves for the tickets (folks were pushing in the line constantly and no one was doing anything). The guide left us as soon as we got the tickets. I’ve asked for a refund per the tour guide’s suggestion and received an email saying how busy they are….

Our City Wonders tour guide, Antonino, was great! He was entertaining, informative, and helpful. We learned a lot throughout our day with him. He connected all the experiences together for us so we truly understood the overview of the Mr. Vesuvius, Naples, Ercolano, Pompeii areas, culture, and experiences. We even had 2 adults, an 8 month old, 11 year old, and 19 year old in our group and everyone was engaged in the activities. We would definitely recommend this tour.
