Nicely organized tour and informative without being over the top. Moved along quickly which was appreciated by our family with younger children. The breakfast was very nice.

Great tour guide hosting us, would have loved more time with the same team! -(I should have booked the longer tour).

Beautiful tour, our guide Alissa was so knowledgeable and passionate about the islands' history and people, it made the experience so special. It didn't feel like a tourist broken-record which has been done a million times, it was inspirational and we very much appreciated the humour and authenticity. This is a great tour if you are tight on time but I would recommend a longer tour because you will want to take your time in each island, they are so interesting and worth exploring with patience. Try to spend at least 3 hours in Burano (lace island) because there are so many cafes to relax in and talk about the beautiful art of Murano (glass island). If you are a lover of art please spend time in Murano taking in the glass creations, we read 'the glass maker' before coming here and seeing the glass sculptures will bring tears to your eyes knowing the work and artistry going into these pieces.

It was good Madelyn and Omeme were great. Only feedback I would give is to pick a rest stop that is not as crowded. But the beaches were beautiful and the tour guides very informative.

Mi guía fue espectacular, fue un joven me parece que de Escocia rubio. No recuerdo bien su nombre pero era un nombre que tenía "sh" de por medio. Bueno, sus explicaciones, su manera de hablar y la manera en la que responde preguntas es espectacular. Muy agradecido por orientarnos y darnos tanta información de valor, sin duda alguna recomendaría a este muchacho como guía a cualquiera. Gracias, desgraciadamente no recuerdo bien su nombre.

Upsetting Tour

We were very upset because we booked the tour months ago and nothing was said that the St. Peter’s Basilica would be closed and that was a major reason we booked this tour. When the tickets are sold this should be told or start the tour at the Basilica if you know it will be closing. This was very very upsetting because this is apart of our religion and it was very important that we saw it.. We were leaving the next day an did not get to see it

Amazing tour with Kiara our guide

We had an incredible experience visiting St. Peter’s Basilica, made even better by our tour guide, Kiara. She was absolutely fantastic—extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history and art within the Basilica. Kiara kept the group engaged and organized, making sure no one got left behind, even in the busy crowds. Her insights added so much depth to the visit, and we walked away with a much greater appreciation for everything we saw. Highly recommend this tour—and especially Kiara—as a must-do while in Rome!

Amazing tour and fantastic guide!

We had an amazing tour. Our guide was Yusra Batool. She is absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, energetic and makes it very interesting and fun for all family. Very much enjoyed her company and strongly recommend booking with her.

Amazing tour

It was amazing, first time at the Vatican, Fiorella was our guide and she was very good and very friendly. She got us through quick and explained everything very well as well as answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend.

Great tour guide but wine tasting was less so

John, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and personable. However, we were a little surprised when there were 47 people in the tour when the website said that there were maximum of 25. Although, the number does not detract from the tour itself. The wine tasting feels more like a token exercise and we certainly would not recommend this tour if you would like to experience Loire Valley wine tasting experience. That aside, we thought both castle were lovely and interesting and the tour guide provided great context and historical background.

Beautiful and Informational

Sabina, our tour guide was the sweetest. She took her time to explain so much and despite the crowds she provided ample time for our group to take in the various artwork. The tour ends just before going into the Sistine Chapel. We were a little bit confused about getting to St. Peter’s Square and the Basilica (which at the time of our tour was closed to prepare for Good Friday/Easter weekend) but we figured it out and the Basilica had opened so it was a great end to our experience.

Waste of money

The tour guide was very nice but they should not really be booking these tours when it’s so busy. We had to wait in line 2.5 hours for security (got in line at 9.20am) and it was impossible to keep the group together. When we got to the ticket office they had stopped selling tickets to the top/summit so we could only go to the second floor. Very disappointing. It was a waste of money as we could have just lined up ourselves for the tickets (folks were pushing in the line constantly and no one was doing anything). The guide left us as soon as we got the tickets. I’ve asked for a refund per the tour guide’s suggestion and received an email saying how busy they are….
