A couple was late, so we were waiting like 20 minutes for them. From there, it was a rushed guided tour to make the time slot at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. The guide was pushing a little bit too hard for tips at the end. Overall, it was a bad value for money. You might be better off just going to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt yourself and buy the tickets yourself when you get there (which is what the guide does when the group gets there). SUMMIT One Vanderbilt in itself is a 5-star experience.

Tour was a Bust, Dinner Cruise was Amazing!

The venue was not available and poorly established! We could not find organizers and the manager and staff at the Louvre indicated they had a problem with this vender. The staff implied they thought it was a scam and should be reported! We are doing that here! We have asked for a Full Refund for this venue. We did pay @ $1000 to participate in a Seine River Dinner Cruise later that day and it was marvelous!

AMAZING tour!! WELL WORTH skipping the line!

Our guide Anna was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and very good at guiding our group of 25 ppl skillfully! We saw the original stones that lined the moat, an Egyptian sculpture, Greek and Roman statues… and so many other lovely items: French crowns, Fr. jewels and the Mona Lisa!!! THANK YOU!!

The museum is CROWDED. The exhibits amaze, if you can get through the masses. Having pre-paid tickets and a guide is well worth it.

City Wonders Dark Heart of Florence Tour

Stefano was a great tour guide for a Saturday Evening in Florence. We had just arrived, and this was a great introduction to the historical centre and to some of the notable families and stories of the City.

Get out of Rome for a day

Overall, I would really recommend this tour. The places we visited were really neat and very different from Rome. At Orvieto not a lot of stores were open, but that was OK. It was just really need to be in the little town go up and down side streets. We did and we discovered a shop that works in olive oil wood and it seemed like it was a father and son business. The workshop is right in the back. The food at the farm and the winery was great as was the wine. They just didn’t provide enough information about what you were eating and drinking. Then on to the dying city be prepared to walk up a very steep incline definitely worth it. It’s a very small so we finished walking around it with plenty of time.

Onome was magnifique!

Onome was fantastic on our Normandy tour. H she was very conversant as to the historical chain of events that led to WWII and ultimately the Normandy invasion. She fostered a very relaxed atmosphere during the tour, making the tour very pleasurable. She was kind, courteous and patient during the tour. She kept the group very informed as to the tour timetables. She encouraged questions. As our bus was headed back to Paris, she gave tons of useful and helpful advice about things to do in the city and things to watch out for (sham artists and pickpockets). It is impossible to conceive as to how a tour guide could have done a better job!

D-day an amazing day and tour with Oneme

We started our day on time, bus ride very smooth. Onome was our tour guide. She was amazing, very well informed pointing out the important sites. Her stories were wonderful touch not to mention her English was superb. She kept the tour going on time. Thank you for a wonderful day learning the history of d-day

Not contactable - super frustrating operator not recommend at all

The tour has a failure to be contactable. First, no mobile or WhatsApp for you to massage, 2nd no one really answer the phone left on the site and the signal of mobile was not great in Rome main sites such as Vatican. So very frustrating to contact the tour operator. And the system message also slow and could not immediately answered. So if you want to join a tour with peaceful mind. Definitely stay away from this one.

I've seen it mostly in movies or on the internet, but its appearance is truly creepy and beautiful. To think about the truth, after all there was bloodshed in the gladiator war etc.It is really important that it has been preserved and restored so well until today. There are just too many tourist groups there, it's incredibly crowded. They need to find a way to lighten the crowd.

Our tour of the Colosseum with Sylvia was absolutely incredible! From the moment we met, her passion for Roman history shone through. She was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a wonderful way of bringing ancient stories to life. Sylvia answered every question with enthusiasm and made me and my husband feel included. We walked away not just with photos, but with a deeper appreciation for the history and significance of what we saw. Highly recommend her to anyone visiting Rome!

Outstanding tour. Maria our guide was very knowledgeable, well spoken and very kind. Definitely recommend this tour . Be prepared for some walking and crowds. But what an amazing experience.
