Amazing!
Seeing the Mona Lisa was the highlight of the tour but a little unorganized. Anna our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable but a little difficult to understand. Overall, worth the tour for early entry

Not worth the money
Heather was an incredible tour guide and our bus driver was also amazing. There were issues with our trip being on May 1st which was a designated holiday in Italy. There was a huge delay on getting onto the boat and the boat being "over booked" that prevented seating for so many customers (in both directions). In my opinion, and others that were on this tour, it was the people in charge of managing the boats/coastal cruise that actually ruined the experience. Heather and the bus driver were both great!!!

There are parts of...
There are parts of Pompeii that you don't get to see, however, the guide was very informative and thorough about the parts you do see. Marius (our tour guide for the day) was attentive, well organized, and very helpful. We enjoyed him.

Murano, burano tour
Monica was absolutely perfect for our tour. Very informative about the history and the islands, gave us lots of time for each part of the tour, took us to all the right places for shopping and food. Amazing personalization of our tour and very adept at navigating the water taxis and helping book our trip back to the airport even though that was not her responsibility. 5 stars, absolutely loved every minute of our tour. Haitham was an excellent guide, would recommend
The tour was fantastic. Haitham was very knowledgeable about all Roman history and he was engaging. The tour took 3 hours yet I was focused and interested the entire time. The best part was the Colosseum section, there was so much more that I learned from Haitham. 10/10 would recommend and I would even consider doing it again if I visit Rome again.
