A Beautiful Taste of Tuscany
This was a marvelous and truly unique experience. From the breathtaking views and peaceful walks through Montepulciano and the Tuscan countryside, to the wine tasting and the privilege of meeting a real traditional Italian family, every moment felt special. It was deeply moving to hear them speak with such pride, passion, and humility about their family history and their wine cave. You could truly feel the love, tradition, and generations of hard work behind every detail. Our guide, Chiara, was wonderful throughout the entire experience — incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, attentive to every detail, and genuinely caring with each and every one of us. An unforgettable experience in the heart of Tuscany.

Good History With Lack of Comfort
The tour is sort of mediocre 1) guide is good and passionate; 2) bus is old and dangerous (metal things are sticking out of seats); 3) mic of guide is very loud; 4) not enough time in stops for proper meal etc. 5) a lot of history; 6) tour team kept ~60 people in could for dozens of minutes not allowing to enter bus.

Informative Tour, but Audio Equipment Needs Improvement
Overall, this was a wonderful opportunity for a well-structured and informative tour. Our group was small — two families, ten adults in total — which made for an intimate and manageable experience. That said, the audio experience was a notable challenge. A combination of the guide's strong Italian accent and the limited quality of the earpiece devices made it difficult to follow the commentary throughout. There were also moments when nearby conversations were picked up and echoed through the audio system, adding to the confusion. Conservatively, I would estimate that our group absorbed only about half of what was being communicated, which was a missed opportunity given how knowledgeable our guide clearly was. We would encourage tour organizers to invest in higher-quality audio equipment, as this single improvement would significantly elevate the overall experience and allow guests to fully appreciate the depth of knowledge being shared.

Meh…
A LOT of standing around. No bathroom break. Over 3 hours in, we had to leave the tour group to find a restroom, then try to find them again. The headphones would not stay on anyone’s ear. So we all just held it to our ear with hand. Our tour guide, although friendly and knowledgeable, was difficult to understand, with a very thick accent

This tour took the hassle out of this extremely busy gallery for me and allowed me to learn and enjoy the art.
I'm pleased I chose to go on a tour with a guide. Patrizia did her best to keep things moving to schedule (despite the galleries best attempts to thwart her and the sheer volume of people inside and out). Her knowledge about the art is next level and the detail she provided for every piece was amazing. I learnt a lot. I was pleased I could stay in the gallery after the tour and go back over some of the bits she didn't cover or I wanted to spend more time with.

Day trip to Mt. Vesuvius and Pompeii from Rome
Lorenzo was a wonderful guide, kept a nice pace to accommodate the elderly as well as young adults. The bus was very clean and stops were timed perfect the bathroom and lunch. There was enough time to make the complete climb up Mt. Vesuvius. The archeological tour was well planned and informative. The Lemoncello tasting was great with an interesting family story, the lunch was excellent, especially the Crocchè. I would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a day trip to Pompeii & Mt Vesuvius from Rome.

Great experience at St Michel
Very easy to get to the meeting point. Yusra was amazing, she explained everything you need to know about St. Michel and made the tour really enjoyable.

Amazing Trip
I really appreciate the tour guide Yusra to keep the group punctual and on time. The tour is a long drive and it needs everyone to cooperate. She does a good job and it was raining in the morning and she asked the bus driver to let us got in the bus early after check in

A must do tour
Trip Advisor/ Google Reviews Hotel: We had a lovely stay at Hotel Villa Mabapa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and the hotel itself was clean, quiet, and in an ideal location for exploring Venice while still being away from the crowds. Visiting Doge’s Palace was one of the highlights of our trip to Venice. The building itself is absolutely stunning and incredibly impressive to see in person. Our tour guide, Alex, was fantastic — friendly, informative, and clearly very knowledgeable. The tour was well researched, well paced, and engaging from start to finish. We learned so much and really appreciated how approachable and enthusiastic he was throughout. Excellent value for money and a really enjoyable experience overall and highly recommended.

Amazing experience and fantastic guide
Asmaa was an amazing guide. This was definitely a great day trip. The Mont Saint Michel is spectacular and between the information Asmaa shared with us, the audio guide City Wonders provides and the free time we had, there was nothing they could have done differently!! I loved it! My only regret was that there was no option for a two-day stay! Also I recommend bringing a book for the bus ride.

Best tour ever!
This was my favourite City Wonders tour while I was in Rome. Nicola was the most attentive, knowledgeable, educational, respectful and enjoyable guide. The stories he shared went far beyond the works of art and you could tell the passion he had for what he does. Loved the smaller size of this group, really made the tour far more personal.

Over promised under delivered tour. Only got 30 mins in each stop and no Limoncello tasting. Will not recommend.

Tour was longer than anticipated. The stop at lemoncello location was not interesting and served as more a shopping opportunity and could have been skipped.
