I had wanted to see Siena again after 10 years, had never seen San Gimignano. Giovanni was knowledgeable and made the bus trips feel much shorter. On our return to Florence he told us funny bits of info.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben zu spät angefangen und hatten kaum Zeit im Museum. Es war ein durchlaufen, total unentspannt und dafür das ein Audio Guide mir alles erzählt brauche ich niemanden der offiziell eine Führung macht. Dann wurden wir zu einem Bus getrieben und weiter gefahren. Dort wurden wir in zwei Gruppen aufgeteilt und eine musste eine halbe Stunde einfach herumsitzen und warten. Super schlecht organisiert!!

Má, pois só fomos a pisa, pois quando chegamos à estação para apanhar o comboio para cinque terre, tinham sido cancelados. Acho que a empresa devia ter confirmado antes, pois a viagem mais interessante não aconteceu. Aguardo reembolso dessa parte conforme informação do guia.

Avoid this tour – complete waste of money Booked this expecting 2.5h in Positano and 1.5h in Amalfi. Reality? 1 hour in Positano and 30 minutes in Amalfi. Left at 7AM, back at 10PM, and barely saw anything. Just rushed in and out – pointless. Ferries were overcrowded and delayed, completely ruining the schedule. Not the guide’s fault, but the tour itself is poorly organised and misleading. Honestly feels like a rip-off. Do not book this – find a better option.

It was just ok. There were multiple tours simultaneously at the glass factory and it was difficult to hear. It seemed more like a tourist trap.
