Monica was great and the driver was great. The trip is very relaxed - taking about 5-6 hrs. The boat is nice but can get warm as it is closed top. I prefer an open top boat. Murano was lots of fun. Burano is beautiful.

Everything was great except for the cramped space on the bus. We usually fly economy on flights but this buss space was much tighter than that.

Terrible experience. My trip was double booked between two different credit cards. I was told my City Wonders not to worry and to ask for a refund for one of the charges as it was booked for the same day and time and under the same two names. GetYourGuide will not refund me since it was not done 24 hours in advance. I didn’t even realize there was a double booking until I went to check in and City Wonders caught it at the start time. I was told not to worry, but they now GetYourGuide will not refund me. Over $600 USD for a tour that should have been $280 USD for two people. Absolutely terrible experience and I’m out over $326 USD. Awful customer service. I will never book again with this company. It’s a shame because City Wonders was great, but GetYourGuide was horrible for even allowing the double booking, not catching it, and not refunding one of the charges.

Poor as the itinerary was reversed and no Amalfi coast was covered. I do understand that this was made to ease the entire tour considering traffic but you guys should have an idea already and not covered stuffs or charged such a big amount. It’s more of feedback. Thank you
