Overhyped. Very touristy place. 70 Lei for entererance and 20 extra Lei if you want to see a special room. In Monday afternoon many people. Not enough time to actually enjoy the castle. Probably worth to visit once.

The rooms aren't furnished in an authentic style, but the castle is beautiful from the outside. The narrow corridors are also fun to explore. Overall, though, the visit was worthwhile. (Original) Das Schloss ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ziemlich schlecht angebunden. Einmal stündlich fährt ein Bus von/nach Brașov, es ist jedoch nur ganz schwer ersichtlich wann und wo. Ich war an einem Montag außerhalb der Ferienzeit da, trotzdem war es komplett überlaufen. Es wird anscheinend kein Einlassmanagement betrieben. Es war voller großer Reisegruppen und Schulklassen, die ohne Rücksicht auf andere Besucher ganze Räume eingenommen und blockiert haben. Vor den engen Treppen haben sich lange Schlangen gebildet. Die Räume sind nicht mit authentischer Innenausstattung, aber von außen ist das Schloss schön. Auch die engen Gänge machen Spaß zu erkunden. Insgesamt hat sich der Besuch jedoch gelohnt.
