Dann am Eingang: Onlinetickets können vom Personal nicht gescannt/gelesen werden. Eine weitere Person, zur Hilfe geholt, uns dann durch das Drehkreuz geschoben. Eine Schande für so eine Touristenattraktion. Endlich drinnen wurden wir durch die verwinkelten Räume und Treppen geschoben - Menschen über Menschen - kein vorwärtskommen, eine Besichtigung der ausgestellten Gegenstände und ein lesen der Tafeln, unmöglich. Die Besichtigung der Folterkammer war extra zu buchen, auch hier konnte das Onlineticket nicht gescannt/gelesen werden. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen gab das Personal verzweifelt auf, wir durften rein. Alles in allem eine schöne Burg, nur wurden viel zu viele Menschen in die kleine Burg geschleust. Es ist eine Touristenabzocke, es geht nur um Geld. Toiletten gibt's in der Burganlage nicht, man muss raus, wie man wieder rein kommt in die Burg, sicherlich neu an die sozialistische Warteschlange (30 min und mehr) anstellen. Alle Gift-Shop wurden um 13:30 Uhr geschlossen, ein Kauf von Andenken war unmöglich, da wir erst gegen 14:00 Uhr dort vorbei geschoben wurden. Schande!!!! Das Geld für den Eintritt ist es nicht wert. Der Besitzer der Burg, welcher in New York lebt, ein Habsburger, freut sich über die Einnahmen bei den Menschenmengen.

Once in the castle there is only one direction to to go via very narrow passage is, which is understandable for being in a castle. Crazy queues inside...and on top of it, halfway through i think think the staff realized and rushed us out without having the chance to check other rooms. Not that i would have wanted as were already being pushed around and in lines to see an underwhelming exhibition. Also no exits just at the end of the display. Already expensive entrance of 70 lei,and halfway through they offer an extra room with torture instruments for another 20 lei. To sum up: Total rip off.Disappointing exhibition. Non existent crowd management.

Not worth it. Came on Saturday about 11 am, paid 70 Lei for adult and 20 Lei for a kid. Waited in line like at least 30 minutes, got inside. Sorry not much to see, very few exhibits super crowded, waited in lines entire time, hour, airless, exhausted finally we made it to courtyard. Done?!? Park was nice. Not worth the time and money. Would not recommend. BTW Lots of stairs, up and down walking, and you would need to take taxi for easy access which will run you 100-135 Lei one way. Use bolt if you can.
