Don't waste your time if you're hoping for Dracula-themed experience. They advertise it as "Dracula's castle" which allows them to sell a lot of quite expensive tickets, but in reality it's just your average European castle where they added like...two plastic sculptures and a couple screens with snippets from old movies. That's it. Otherwise it's just chambers of the royal family, their furniture etc, which is nice if that's what you're into, but for children and teenagers it's incredibly boring. Most importantly, they don't limit the amount of people they let in, so during tourist season you can't move an inch without waiting in a queue. I wasn't able to read any or the descriptions because of how crowded it was, so even if you are there just to read about the royal family, you'll still be disappointed. The stairs are only wide enough for one person so you're constantly stuck waiting for people who are going the opposite direction. Zero attractions for children. There is a torture chamber section that costs additional money, as if 70 lei for entrance ticket wasn't enough. This is a tourist trap, spend your money elsewhere.
