In pictures, the castle looks much more imposing than it actually is. In reality, it's rather small. The tour is well-designed so that you get to see a lot while still managing to get a lot of people through. Of course, it would be nicer to have the castle to yourself, but a lot of people want to see this place. It is worth seeing, after all. In any case, we had a lovely morning! (Original) OMG! Okay, ich versuche mal eine Rezension. Zuallererst hatten wir Glück, dass wir früh da waren: Parkplatz bekommen, zügig Tickets am Automaten gekauft und die Warteschlange am Schlosseinlass war relativ kurz …. ein paar Stunden später waren alle Warteschlangen um ein vielfaches länger (inclusive Verkehrschaos). Das Schlosskonzept besteht anscheinend darin, möglichst viele Menschen hereinzulassen, um das Schloss komplett mit Menschenmasse zu füllen 🙂. Naja, wir wussten ja, dass es ein touristischer Hotspot ist und sich dann darüber zu beschweren, wäre ja auch ziemlich unfair. Die touristische Szenerie, die man dort zu sehen bekommt, ist an sich ja auch schon sehenswert. Auf Bildern sieht das Schloss wesentlich mächtiger aus, als es eigentlich ist. In der Realität ist dieses eher klein. Der Rundgang ist gut konzipiert, so dass man viel zu sehen bekommt und gleichzeitig sehr viele Menschen durchgeschleust werden können. Klar wäre es schöner, wenn man alleine im Schloss wäre, aber diesen Ort wollen nunmal viele Menschen sehen. Er ist ja auch sehenswert. Wir hatten jedenfalls einen schönen Vormittag!
