Very disappointing experience at Bran Castle.The organization was poor,and visitors had to spend a very long time waiting in line,without being clearly informed about the expected waiting time.An estimated waiting time would be very helpful,so tourist can decide whether they are willing to wait.At the Torture Room,when we asked for additional information ,the lady responsible for providing details was talking on the phone with someone else while we were trying to ask questions.This felt very disrespectful and unprofessional.What was even more frustrating if tou decide you no longer whant to wait because the queue is taking too long ,you cannot get a refound for your tickets.
