The castle is really nice, but when they pack you in like sheep and charge you a fortune without any entry/exit organization, not having enough time to enjoy the rooms ... and don't expect anything normal - you pay extra for two rooms inside the castle, for parking (not just 'change'), for toilets, for 'fast lane entry' with nobody at the upper entry for crowd control. Like everywhere in Romania (also avoid the Turda salt mine - visit Salzburg instead) they squeeze every lei from you; even if you keep it simple and order icecream or cake the price is usually per 100g, so it can cost 5 eur or 50 as you can never guess the weight in advance. Dissapointed and angry as the castle itself has that certain 'magic'.
