Disorganised queuing system. Our tickets were checked 5 times by different people but others seem to be just walking where they want. No defined queue until you got to the steps up to the castle. 1+ hour of queuing on the steps outside the castle to get in. Overcrowded throughout which ruined the entire visit. You were packed like sardines in every room. Was difficult to stop and read anything or immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the castle due to the constant drove of people. Advertised with ‘actors’ which are just staff dressed up standing around and not interacting with you at all. The castle is somewhere I would recommend seeing, just not on Halloween where ticket prices are bumped up and is an overpriced tourist trap for an underwhelming experience. (The same price usually gets you a fast track and everything else included) The time tunnel is not worth the money.

Билеты можно купить онлайн, но за билетами очередь не большая, все основная очередь дальше, не важно с билетами онлайн вы или нет. Но я покупала заранее. Атмосфера была очень классная, некоторые приходили в костюмах. Не пожалела, что приехала именно в этот день! Если едете с позитивом, даже очереди внутри не будут вам мешать. I really enjoyed my visit here it was 150 lei for adults and 70 for kids/teens under 17, i did not see a student discount so i had to buy an adult ticket from the machine. Since it was the day after halloween it was pretty crowded so it was a bit hard to walk around and take photos although it says the castle closes at 18.00 i visited there around 18.30 but again it could be because of halloween nevertheless i really enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

Excellent visit! I did visit the day after Halloween so I expected crowds. I got there about 10.30am and there was a line but nothing like the line when I left. Things went smoothly inside even with the large crowd. I enjoyed seeing the castle decorated for Halloween. Cool experience! I recommend arriving before noon.
